TV Ratings Report: Series Low for American Idol

Despite an outpouring of affection for Harry Connick Jr. th day after, American Idol returned last night to record low ratings.

The Season 13 premiere drew 15 million overall viewers ad a 4.6 among young adults, representing drops of 17 and 24 percent, respectively, and making it the least watched Idol premiere EVER for 18-49-year olds.
