The Criminal Minds Season 9 finale and American Idol's 500th episode celebration both fared very well in the ratings game last night, while Nashville and Modern Family also performed well.

Here's a breakdown of all the numbers...

Revolution: 4 million
The Middle: 6.8 million/Suburgatory: 5 million
American Idol: 8.7 million
Survivor: 9.8 million
9 p.m.
Modern Family: 8.8 million/Mixology: 3.9 million
Criminal Minds: 12 million
Law & Order SVU: 5.3 million
The 100: 1.7 million
10 p.m.
Nashville: 5 million
CSI rerun: 7.9 million
Chicago PD: 6 million
