The Messengers are coming.

This intriguing new CW series won't premiere until early 2015, but the first extended Messengers promo has fans already counting down the days.

The unique drama centers around five individuals who are killed in a blinding flash when a mysterious object crashes to earth.

They are then resurrected hours later with new powers, new connections and a new task: to prevent the Rapture.
