Billy Miller is about to check in to General Hospital.

As confirmed by producer Frank Valenti on Twitter, The Young and the Restless actor has been cast in role of Jason Morgan, a character previously portrayed by Steve Burton (currently on Y&R) and long presumed dead.

Wrote Valenti via statement:

"I am really excited to be working with such a talented and acclaimed actor as Billy. Our cast is thrilled that he will be joining our General Hospital family, and I know that he will be an amazing addition to our talented cast."

No word yet on when Miller will make his General Hospital debut.
