Following an enjoyable premiere, Top Chef Season 12 Episode 2 had the contestants taking on the Boston staple of surf and turf. They were tasked with coming up with a variety of ways to make this delicious dish.
Later on during the hour, things actually got a bit emotional because they created meals (with surprise ingredients) for Boston's police and fire personnel.
