DING! DING! It was on last night between Scandal and The Blacklist.

The NBC drama went up against the ABC juggernaut for the first time, with Scandal Season 4 Episode 11 besting The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 10 among 18-49-year olds, the key advertising demographic.

The shows were relatively even in terms of total viewers, however.

Elsewhere on NBC, Allegiance premiered to a dismal 4.9 million viewers, losing 35 percent of Parenthood's audience from last week. It won't be around long.

On ABC, Grey’s Anatomy (7.9 million/2.2 rating) slipped 10 and 21 percent, while How to Get Away with Murder (8.3 million/2.7) also dropped about the same amount.

On CBS, The Big Bang Theory (16.8 million/4.5), Mom (11.8 million/2.8) and Two and a Half Men (9.4 million/2.3) all held firm, while Elementary inched up.

On The CW, The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 13 (1.67 million/0.8) ticked up from last week’s series low; million (1 mil/0.4) remained steady

On FOX, up against the aforementioned 9 p.m. juggernaut, Backstrom lost 30 percent of its 18-49-year old audience.
