King Arthur is coming to Once Upon a Time!
EW was the first to report Liam Garrigan has been cast as King Arthur, a name not even yet mentioned on the show, but certainly one of note, considering viewers know Lancelot (who will be returning for Once Upon a Time Season 5) was disgraced over a woman.
And as we all know the lore, Lancelot stole Authur's Guinevere!
"As we do on Once Upon a Time, we're doing our own twist on Camelot, on Arthur’s background and on his relationships with Merlin, Guinevere and Lancelot," executive producer Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis say.
Camelot is expected to play a big part of next season after the events of Once Upon a Time Season 4 Episode 23, when the Apprentice revealed the Sorcerer is actually Merlin, who might be able to save Emma from her current fate – being consumed by the Dark One!
