Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? Season 1 Episode 7 Review: What Happens In Vegas

at .

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Unless you have a camera crew filming you.

On Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? Season 1 Episode 7, the (somewhat) happy couple heads to Vegas for their bachelor/bachelorette parties, even though the wedding has been called off.

Lauren Bushnell Is Going to Vegas! - Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?

Half of this show takes place in the car, and I regret not being an Uber driver because the conversations they have while traveling are never boring. Remeber that one time Lauren got arrested at a musical festival and it was all over the media after The Bachelor premiered? Ben do

esn't.

This leads to them share more things they didn't know about each other.

I'm the guy, that when a plane lands, I clap.

Ben

Safe to say Ben's confession is worse.

Especially since he cannot stop talking about the time his testicle exploded.

Ben: I should have actually approached the whole group on night one and said 'hey, if you want to leave at this point, I have an enormously large testicle, does that freak you out? If so, say your goodbyes.'
Lauren: I'm sure it would have speed the process along a little bit.

All of our favorite Bachelor alums like JJ, Tanner, Jared, Amanda, Ashley I, and of course, the twins, are all in Vegas for the bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Ben is emotional to see all of us real friends meet his Bachelor friends and honestly so am I. Fingers crossed there is a lot of intermingling.

What if an iconic twist, Ashley I gets married in Vegas?

Ashley I

The only problem is only the twins know that the wedding is called off. Awk.

The party really gets started when Ben and friends decide to get their sperm tested to make sure they can have kids after his conversation with Lauren in the car.

I will do whatever needs to be done in a cup to make Ben feel about about his fertility chances.

JJ

Meanwhile, Lauren and her squad are busy with strippers.

The network wasn't messing around when they dropped "family" from the name.

The girls are all talking about Lauren's impending wedding and what it's like to be single at the nail salon, but Lauren still won't confess that the wedding isn't happening. At this point, there's a good chance that Amanda could marry (and divorce) Josh (from Bachelor in Paradise season three) before Ben and Lauren make it down the aisle.

Instead of season two of Ben and Lauren, I would like to suggest a show that follows Ashley I on Tinder dates.

Now it's Ben's turn to talk to his friends about his wedding that they don't know isn't happening.

If you love her you just have to go for it and you'll figure it out along the way.

Tanner

Happy to hear that Jade and Tanner (from Bachelor in Paradise season two) are still going strong.

Ben just annoys me because everything works out so good for him.

JJ

And that JJ isn't bitter about not finding love.

The twins end up spilling the beans to Ashley I that the wedding is off and she is devastated because if Ben and Lauren can't make it work, who can? I don't know Ashley, anyone who doesn't meet on a reality TV show and try to get married after knowing each other for five minutes?

Their friends (the producers) put a Ben and Lauren tribute video on the big screen outside the MGM Grand. I'm disappointed they cut JoJo out from all of the clips.

After watching The Bachelor highlight reel, Ben calls Lauren and tells her the wedding is back on. It's unclear if this just means they're definitely getting married in general, or if their wedding is coming to ABC in a matter of months.

Oh, and Ben can have kids. Unless the woman who came to the room to collect samples wasn't a real doctor and was paid by Freeform (which is my theory).

Are you hoping for more episodes of Ben and Lauren? Or do you think they are headed for splitsville?
