Lucifer will continue to reign on Fox!
The sexy devil will be back for Lucifer Season 3 as the network renewed the popular hit series today.
Thank God, as things are just heating up between Luci and Chloe. And God, literally, is the reason for all that passion.
Starring Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar, who abandoned hell because he didn't think he deserved the punishment doled out by dear ol' dad, the series has been quite different than originally expected by skeptical viewers.
Instead of a portrayal rich in sin, this devil is seeking an understanding of why he was chosen for such a vile role by someone who should love him.
Could a father who loved a son really force him to spend eternity doing such a horrid job?
Something tells me the eventual answer will surprise viewers, and in finding it, we've already been introduced to mom, played by Tricia Helfer, who was instrumental in the monumental moment that sent Lucifer to guard hell.
Lucifer's brother, Amenadial, though, might have played the biggest role in Lucifer's life, without even knowing it.
He was sent to earth about 30 years ago to help a set of parents with fertility problems, and from them sprang forth Chloe Decker.
Her origin story has been an interesting part of Lucifer Season 2 and will most certainly unfold more secrets as the season continues on May 1 after the conclusion of APB.
