TV Ratings Report: Did The Vampire Diaries End High?

The Vampire Diaries finally came to an end on The CW last night, but did the long-running series get a bump?

The CW: The Vampire Diaries: Forever Yours (1.1 million/0.4 rating) was on par with the past few episodes of the drama, but the series finale of The Vampire Diaries (1.2 million/0.5 rating) rose 20 percent to hit its highest numbers in a year.

Fox: Sleepy Hollow (1.8 million/0.4 rating) hit a new series low in total viewers while holding steady in the demo out of an encore of Rosewood (1.8 million/0.4 rating). 

ABC: Last Man Standing (5.8 million/1.0 rating), Dr. Ken (4.1 million/0.8 rating), and 20/20 (3.9 million/0.8 rating) slipped from their prior originals. Shark Tank (4.1 million/0.9 rating) was an encore. 

CBS: MacGyver (8 million/1.0 rating) slipped, but Hawaii Five-0 (9.3 million/1.1 rating) and Blue Bloods (9.4 million/1.1 rating) were stable.  

NBC: Grimm (4.2 million/0.8 rating) was stable, while Dateline (4.7 million/1.0 rating) improved over Emerald City's performance.
