Paul Dailly at . Updated at .The ratings are in and it looks like CBS has a hit on its hands with Young Sheldon.
The Big Bang Theory spinoff secured 16.6 million viewers and a 3.7 rating among adults 18-49. The parent series managed 17 million and a 3.9 rating as viewers tuned in to find out whether Amy accepted Sheldon's proposal.
Kevin Can Wait was way up from its spring average. It had 10.1 million viewers and a 2.3 rating. Meanwhile, Me, Myself & I launched with a disappointing 7.4 million and a 1.7 rating.
Scorpion closed out the night for CBS with 5.7 million viewers and a 1.0 rating.
Over on NBC, The Voice returned with 10.4 million viewers and a 2.6 rating. That marks the show's lowest-rated opener ever.
The Brave launched with a mediocre 6.2 million viewers and a 1.4 rating. Don't expect it to hold onto that timeslot for long with those numbers.
The Good Doctor thrilled 11.8 million viewers to go along with a 2.4 rating. Dancing with the Stars had 9.1 million viewers and a 1.5 rating beforehand.
Over on Fox, So You Think You Can Dance went out with 2 million viewers and a 0.6 rating.
