TV Ratings Report: CBS Comedies Send Will & Grace to New Lows

The Big Bang Theory (14.1 million/2.7 rating) made its return to Thursday nights, and it helped prop up much of the network's other offerings. 

Young Sheldon (13.3 million/2.4 rating) returned and took a hit vs. its high flying premiere. Mom (9.6 million/1.8 rating) and Life in Pieces (7.7 million/1.5 rating) had solid premieres, but SWAT (7.5 million/1.3 rating) struggled to pull in a substantial audience amongst the 18-49 crowd. 

NBC: Superstore (3.5 million/1.0 rating), The Good Place (3 million/1.0 rating), Will & Grace (5.6 million/1.5 rating), Great News (2.7 million/0.7 rating) and Chicago Fire (5.8 million/1.0 rating) all slipped. 

ABC: Grey's Anatomy (7.3 million/1.8 rating), Scandal (4.9 million/1.1 rating) and How to Get Away with Murder (3.6 million/0.9 rating) all remained steady with one week earlier. 

The CW: Supernatural (1.8 million/0.6 rating) and Arrow (1.4 million/0.5 rating) were on par with last week. 

Fox: Gotham (2.7 million/0.9 rating) was steady, while The Orville (3.8 million/1.0 rating) dropped two-tenths.
