The CW Spring Premiere Dates: The Originals, iZombie & The 100 Return!

We finally have premiere dates for some of The CW's most popular series!

It's been a long time coming, but we finally know when The Originals, iZombie and The 100 will grace the screen with their new seasons.

First up is iZombie which will bow Monday, February 26 at 9/8c. It will be paired up with DC's Legends of Tomorrow which will be sharing a slot with Supergirl.

Then, The Originals will return to the air for its final season Friday, April 20 at 9/8c. This marks the latest start for The Vampire Diaries spin-off yet.

The cast and crew confirmed in July that the series was officially wrapping up, and fans have been clamoring for a premiere date ever since.

As previously reported, Candice King will return as The Vampire Diaries character, Caroline Forbes. Also, Danielle Rose Russell will assume the role of Hope Mikaelson thanks to an extensive time jump.

Then, The 100 Season 5 will take over from Black Lightning on Tuesday, April 24 at 9/8c. It will benefit from a lead-in from The Flash for its first few episodes back before having to fend for itself.

The network also confirmed that Life Sentence will debut Tuesday, March 7 at 9/8c. That means Dynasty is being relegated to Fridays to finish out the rest of its season.

Even though the ratings have been horrible for Dynasty, it is still expected to return for Season 2. A lucrative Netflix deal meant the show was turning in a profit before it even hit the air.

It may well emerge as one of the shows to get by for years with woeful ratings.
