Sounds ominous, right? The series is based on the comic book series of the same name. Yes, it's another comic book adaptation.

Blige will join a talented cast that includes the likes of Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, David Castañeda, Robert Sheehan and Aidan Gallagher.

The series follows a disbanded group of superheroes reunite after their adoptive father dies.

Blige is probably best known for her music career. Through her time in the spotlight, she has released 13 studio albums.
