Things were intense and horrifying on FBI Season 1 Episode 4 as Maggie, OA, and the team had to deal with not just one shooter loose in the city, but two of them!

Jubal speaks the truth about everything. Including how many black SUVs are in the city. That's just about the best cover for anyone who has committed a crime. They are literally everywhere, and without even a make, it isn't much of a lead.

There was enough confusion happening with a shooter on the loose, why the hell did they feel the need to make it more confusing with putting two shooters into the mix? Did they think having just one wasn't exciting enough? I can assure you; it would have been.

OA made a great point about why at least one of the shooters had to have military experience. But it makes me think about the actual issue of those in the military that have issues that aren't properly taken care of.

Maggie: Three bullets, three kills.

But maybe it was a little less of a problem with being in the military and more of a problem with losing what he thought was the love of his life. They say love can make people do crazy things and I'm inclined to believe it.

OA laying down biblical passages is way beyond impressive. There is no way I could ever remember all the quotes OA is always able to throw out to suspects and the guilty. Add his tone to the mix and OA can be a very intimidating man.

But Maggie made a great point as well when she made the connection between the locations over a connection with the victims. I knew she was smart, but she keeps impressing me all the time.

Dana: What are we missing? Criminal snipers are usually looking to retake control in their lives. Long range killing from a commanding position fulfills that need.
Maggie: I don't know. It feels like this guy has a more specific plan.Where he staked out his position, when he's going to strike. There has to be some connection between the victims.
Dana: We haven't found it.
Maggie: What if it's not the people but it's the locations? Maybe the victims aren't even connected, but the places are. They have meaning to him.
Dana: Work that angle.

The team-up between OA and Maggie is just one more piece of the magic pie of which this show seems to be made. They are a pretty intimidating pair when they walk into an interrogation room. I certainly wouldn't want to be on the other side of that room.

Maggie also wasn't the only one cheering when they caught who they thought to be the submissive shooter to Cole. I found myself reacting alone in my living room to the entire scene. Her excitement was palpable.

Watching the team move in on Kofi was also exciting because of all the cool gadgets they use. Between the old school flash grenade and the drone coming in to offer thermal views, I was more than just a little impressed!

I mean, I know that technology is continuously advancing. That's a given. But it's one thing to know and another thing to see all the new technology in action.

Taking down Cole was full of tension and gave me a serious case of anxiety. Then Maggie made me cry as she attempted to relate to Cole with her history. Hearing more about her husband and how she felt losing him was heartbreaking.

OA giving a bit of insight into how he grew up and how religion played into his life was something I needed. Something that I've wanted to see from the beginning. It's nice to see him still believing after everything he's experienced.

Maggie: I would say he is better than damn good. Maybe a competitive shooter? Or a hunter? Maybe military?
OA: I'm going with door number three.
Maggie: Why?
OA: A hunter doesn't go for the head. I don't see any shell casings. A competitive shooter would've left his brass for someone else to clean up.
Maggie: Well, that leaves military then.
OA: These buildings. It's a fishbowl. No way he would have camped out here in the open. He needs cover.

While it sucks not always to see the good guys win, it adds an element of realness to the show. Because the good guys don't always win, and sometimes they have to make the tough calls, regardless of how they feel about the situation in front of them.

What makes every case a success regardless of the outcome is the team and what every member brings to it. If even one of them were lost, I think the entire thing would crumble.

Dana clearly has knowledge on just about every topic there is. Every time she spoke about the thought process of both shooters, I found myself completely riveted to the screen.

Maybe it's the way Dana speaks, always very calm and without an abundance of emotion in her voice. Or it could be the fact that whenever she has something to say, she says it with complete confidence because she knows what she's talking about. Every time.

She also knows when to follow her instincts and the instincts of her team. Her willingness to completely trust Maggie without hesitance or even thinking of questioning her was a true show of faith.

But Dana made it clear that she doesn't have an issue admitting when she has made a mistake in analyzing someone. That's an admirable trait, especially when it comes from someone in such a position of power. You go, Dana!

Jubal: There are over ten thousand black SUVs in the city alone.
Dana: Did NYPD run stolen black SUVs?
Maggie: Yes, back six months.
OA: They're trying to narrow it down using the video from the bridges going into Staten Island.
Jubal: Probably best not to put this out to the press.
OA: It worked in Boston.
Jubal: We could have mobs attacking every black SUV in the city.
Maggie: People are panicked. They're locking themselves in their apartments, schools and businesses are closing.
