Millicent Huxtable is a character on One Tree Hill. She is portrayed by Lisa Goldstein. She was originally a guest star in the first episode of Season 5.
One Tree Hill producers liked her so much, however, that they promoted her to a recurring status in Season 5 and a series regular in Season 6.
