Kaley Cuoco stars as Penny, Sheldon and Leonard's beautiful next door neighbor. Penny is an aspring actress that currently works at the local Cheesecake Factory.
Penny moved across the halls from the boys after her split from her boyfriend of four years, Kurt. She briefly dated Sheldon, but it did not work out due to her insecurity about her intelligence.

Even though i think that Penny is a girly girl i would't blame her though... to be realistic, she somewhat demonstrates and portrays a life of a changed person. From being "around to places" to being a really sweet caring girl. She finally sees that it's not about the looks that can make a girl happy but its the quality time that you spend with the specific other. I hope they never change her EVER cause i think she plays the part of Penny really welll.. butttt... i think she needs to improve on her DRUNK or CRYING acts cause she doesn't really sound or look as believable when she does her crying or her drunk actions... same with some other cast members ;) but over-all GREAT SHOW :) SHELDON does well with his acting... its very funny and enjoyable to watch a smart man making dumb things sound smart ;)... hope you all read my comment and agrees with me with what i had to say. that is all

Penny & Sheldon's relationship is a dear platonic friend/brother-sister relationship. Those 2 would not be compatible, because frankly, at times, they drive each other mad!! Leonard is about all the geek that Penny could handle, because he's the most "worldly" of the 4.

I had to do a re-reading of that bio . She SOOOOOO didn't date Sheldon it was Leonard , and the thought of her with Sheldon is just creepy in my eyes . Way better off as friends . :)
