Peter Burke is an FBI Agent and part of the White Collar Crime Unit. He plays by the rules and believes success should be earned.
It took him years to catch Neal Caffrey and, though he's hesitant to trust this criminal, he's starting to realize that Caffrey might actually be the ideal partner.

In Season 4/Episode 12, Peter is in hospital. He has both arms in slings talking on phone with female FBI agent. When Peter goes to hang up, he pulls a THIRD arm & hand from under the covers to take the phone from his ear. What's up with that? Just something to see if we viewers are paying close attention?
