Roxanne "Roxy" Brooks accepted a marriage proposal from Pfc. Trevor LeBlanc after having known him for just four days.
Upon this agreement, newlywed Roxy LeBlanc packs up her two kids and moves to Charleston, S.C., to be with Trevor on "The Post" where the army families live.
Quite unsettled with just being a housewife, Roxy LeBlanc takes a job at the local bar, and - woohoo! - returns to her roots!
Even as Roxy is unsure of how she is going to fit into The Post, she accepts an invitation to attend Claudia Joy Holden's tea party. This is where Roxy meets Pamela Moran for the first time.
Because of dramatic differences in comparison to the other army wives, Roxy and Pamela strike up an immediate friendship which will help guide them through their future hard times.
In this friendship, Roxy reveals to Pamela that her mother was an alcoholic bartending hairdresser, while Roxy was doing Pamela's hair one day.
Roxy and Trevor appear to have a very loving relationship. Trevor asks that he be allowed to adopt Roxy's two sons, and after much turmoil - reluctant ex-boyfriends, to her insecurities - Roxy LeBlanc agrees.
She will have plenty more to overcome, though, since Trevor is to be deployed to Iraq.
