Tom Shayes is Patty's right-hand man. While he appears to sometimes be on Ellen's side, almost everything Tom does is in the best interest of the law firm and Patty.
He's a graduate of Yale Law School and is a vegan. He once allowed Patty to pretend to fire him as part of a grander scheme. Ellen really should never trust the guy.
