Nathaniel Archibald is frustrating me at the moment.
I don't think his reason for dumping V was legitimate. Because she was scheming? He went out with Blair for years and years and she is like the master schemer/manipulator. I actually kind of like N&V. I think that if they had more witty banter and more of a plot line together, more people would like them and they would become 100x more interesting.
Ya I don't really like the casting for her. Lily back then I picture as kind of an ethereal beauty not the cute girlfriend look that Brittany Snow has.
She's probably sad that he's not fighting for her yet.
I doubt Carr is the sibling but I do think she's got a hidden agenda. Playing the innocent teacher while screwing Blair over is getting kind of old. This might seem far fetched but maybe Georgina related? Just throwing that out there.
I'm guessing Georgina will be trying to get back at Blair but I hope we find out more about that soon.
And I'm really bummed that it looks like no Chair for a while. I get that putting them together right away isn't the best scenario for the show's success but I still want them together. To be happy though I hope they are together by the end of the season. Prom episode maybe?

I think you should read Lulu's comment on page 1 because I think that perfectly analyzes Chuck. I think Chuck stood Blair up because she had always been there and his thought process was basically "well she'll be there tomorrow"
Nate. I hate him but I love him. I hate how he is so fickle and has made out with practically every member of the female sex on the show. But he does have his funny moments. I liked it in the first season when he and Blair were dating. Don't get me wrong I am a total Chair fan but I think that during Blair's meltdown Nate will turn to her and she will turn to Nate. It will end up being "I'll lean on you and you can lean on me" which is the thing that Blair is into.
I just really want several things before the season is over:
MORE DOROTA AND ERIC SCENES/LINES!! (I'm looking forward to the Cyrus episode though. I think that will be a pivotal episode for Blair and Chuck)

This whole Blair and Chuck thing is dragging out way too long. I just want it to be over all ready. We've waited this whole season and then after the promos I assumed things would get better but of course stupid man bangs has to go ruin it all.
I really hope they dont drag this whole thing out until season three. Blair needs to get back together with Chuck by at least the end of the season. And how could Nate do that to Chuck? He knew since the last season that he was in love with her and from the O Brother Where Bart Thou he could tell that Blair really did care about Chuck.
Yes and Elle needs to go away and die or something. I really couldn't care. They are in highschool. It's too over the top and drawn out. This is one story line that needs to stop.

I agree that the only way for Chuck to get back together with her is to say that he loves herbut I have a feeling that will come in an episode sometime after "The Grandfather".

I'm kind of glad. They needed a break and all of this off and on stuff was driving me crazy. I hope Dan suffers and is by himself. He definitely deserves it since he's currently sleeping with Carr.
Maybe in season three things will work out better for them.
