I think that Jon will continue in one form or another - as have quite a few characters in the series - at this point in the books Melissandre was also at the Wall as she never left it to begin with so the show had to find a way to bring her back. I really like Aryas story and I disgree with the reviewers. She is the only Stark really standing up for her beliefs and choosing her fate. I wander where Petyr Baelish has been for the last half of the season. He sort of abandoned Sansa. I think HBO did real credit to the walk of Cersei. You really felt it as you did in the book and she seemed so small and vulnerable in the end as she was picked up and carried away. In the book Qyburn is a new age scientist (for the times) and he does a lot of experiments on humans for his learning. Thankfully they left a lot of this out in the series as the implications were really gory but you can guess that is what happened with the mountain. I don't think Dany dropped the ring as a place maker - it was a wedding ring - she didn't want to seem married when she met the Dothraki - that's my theory. I guess only GRR Martin knows for sure!!

I think it was a really awful episode.. I guess I'm a book reader and until now I agreed with the changes they had made from the books... but now it's a totally different story... I guess I was attched to having some of the storylines... I just don't know if I like it as much anymore... and how come these white walkers can jump down cliffs but they can't run a few metros out to see and get jon... it just seemed a bit ridiculous... and personally i find these skeleton things they keep popping into the tv script so ridiculous

I loved this episode so much! It was so funny. I really want some SNL live skit where Jake Peralta gets to do a case with Sterling Archer... Jake's fantasy literally is Sterling Archer! That would be epic!!

I don't think Ray is dead at all. He is close to dying and infected so the flies were buzzing around him. They wouldn't send him out like that. The Finale was my last favorite part of the Season though. I hope they do something better then the CIA missions next year. Not really a fan. Still an awesome season none the less.

I've been a huge fan of this show... but this finale two episodes was a bit of a head swirl. They packed so many things into the 2 episodes that I actually started thinking some of it was going to be a dream sequence or something. It was a little bit overwhelming. I think they could have cut it in half, and dealt with things a bit more slowly... save a few of the major events for next season!! 1. Cookie sleeps with 2nd man ever only to be ripped out from her own company as a revenge from Lucious
1a) Malcolm quits and boom, Cookies new relationship is over 5 minutes later.
2. Hakeem takes on his father and gets punched, then sleeps with Anika and threatens to join the competitor.
3. Billy Boretti makes a big threat to take legal action on Lucious but with a little balcony hanging from Jamal (which personally just seems very weird and not very believable) he's suddenly a non-threat. Boretti has seemed like a toothless tiger the whole season when it comes to the crunch.
4. Suddenly from a whole season and lifetime of prejudice and anger towards Jamal, Luscious said, "Oh I love you now. You're the head of the company.' And Jamal says, 'oh yeah cool. its all forgiven no worries.' like in the space of 2 minutes!
5. Lucious trys to get Andre back. Is rejected. Immediately corrupts Andre's new faith in the church, and makes Hudson a star gospel singer in his massive performance... ummm really?
5a. Andre's stint with the church and finding himself disappears as quickly as it appeared, and suddenly his mental health is ok again - I just feel like they overlooked some seriously important topics here and rushed through it. It's an arc that could have been played until halfway through next season in all honesty. It feels like Andre's whole breakdown and recovery was in the space of a few days. I just think it was a theme thats really important and wasn't properly addressed.
6. Cookie finds out Lucious killed Bunky and tries to kill Lucious, and then gets thrown out of the company for the 2nd time and removed from the building. A bit of a theme going on here?
8. Jamal is the head of the company now... like he's already making the decisions? Reallly??? Isnt he meant to start being groomed.... He's just instantly the head. Ok.
9. Anika and Cookie finally take each other on. That was good. But working together that soon... nahhhhhh.
10. Rhonda leaves Andre, then comes back. And she's pregnant
10a. Ohh and she kills Vernon in the process... Reallllly??
11. Lucious gives a seriously unbelievable speech about how he now accepts homosexuality and then gets arrested for Bunkies murder.
11a) Suddenly arrested 2 mins before he can perform... ??? Police wouldnt have even made it through the security in that amount of time. He would have at least had ample notice.... too much. They should have given him his performance.
12. The same FBI agent who was with Cookie before is somehow involved in a local police investigation to nab Lucious for Bunkies death.
13. So many cameos you can't even take one in before the next one comes to edge him out.
14. Jamal does a show down 8 mile style with the homophobic rapper.
15. So many flashbacks I felt dizzy!
16. Oh yeah... the whole IPO thing was passed (the main topic of the show since 5 minutes in), and all the pending dramas didn't stop it.
17. Oh and the other main topic of the series so far... Lucious is suddenly cured! He's not dying. It's all good. Everyone can hate him without feeling guilt. That was dealt with very quickly. I really think that revelation could have been stretched out another season. It was literally the only thing that could give his character any sympathy...
18. Despite the amazing amount of Bold and the Beautiful style events occuring in this finale, I didn't feel one moment of emotional empathy with any character, which is the first time in the whole series. They all came across as seriously self involved and pretty unlikeable. I think Malcolm was the only one who showed integrity... Hahah well that's my 2 cents :) .....

they could bring aiden back from the dead whilst they are there fetching conrad and maybe daniel too!!... they shouldnt kill off so many good characters all the time!

I don't know how a Nolan and Louise hook-up would be either. But I do really love Nolan and Louise!! Louise is sooo stunning. A real life 'Jessica Rabbit.'
Emily and Jack are just a bit weird... does she really like that Ben guy. he's so boring. I think emily just has some comitment issues and some healing to do with her father, aiden etc. Kind of ironic that both her parents are alive in the end.
Speaking of bringing characters back from the dead (which this show is getting nearly as good at as B&B) could the writers pleeeeeease bring back Conrad soon! I miss the Victoria and Conrad debates so much. Hell I miss the whole Grayson family. Just get Daniel back as well. Actually isn't Charlotte still alive? Who can even keep track. I don't care what lame story they concoct to keep Victoria on the show... as long as she stays I am happy. That woman is pure gold!

I thought tonight's episode was really funny! I didn't see it as yawn worthy at all

I think that the males in the family did know about Andre's condition. Because Jamal knew how to calm him down, they didn't seem as if it was their first encounter with it. It might also be why Lucious doesn't fully trust Andre to run the company. I don't think Cookie knows though. Both scenes with Andre breaking down were so emotional and hard to watch. I think it is really great that a big show like Empire is addressing this mental illness. It affects so many ppl and is really hard, and so rarely spoken about

Jaime King is so stunningly beautiful. She stole every scene she was in tonight. The character of Lemon was just so hurt and fragile, and yet incredibly strong at the same time. It was amazing to watch. I love how Lavon was there for her and rather then adding to her worries, he gave her the freedom to be her, it actually brought a tear to my eye. I also still like the comic relief of the banter between Zoe and Lemon, and how Zoe just sort of accepts Lemon's bitchy little quips now with a shoulder shrug. Shelby was at her best tonight and Magnolia was slightly more mature then usual. I would still like to hear the mama's reason for abandoning her daughters... it's pretty hard to imagine why, or how Lemon can forgive her. I found it quite moving to hear Magnolia say, 'Lemon you're the only mother I ever really had.' It does sum up how much the mum left them. I actually thought the Wade storyline was sweet. Goofy but funny. they needed the happy comic relief storyline, Zoe and Wade don't always have to be in full drama mode. I don't really buy AB and George's chemistry to be honest. When I remember the scenes with him and Zoe in season 1... well it just feels a bit forced to me... but it's ok. If it means Lemon and Lavon finally have a turn I'll settle. I do prefer George and Tansey though, even though I think that that is well and truly done to death now. A really nice episode and good review :)
