I agree with the review. I liked that they couldn't access the target's money at first because he only left a voice message. I haven't seen that before.
The interchanges between Freeman and Corcoran made the episode. Elizabeth throwing out the society ladies was great too. Annie was uncanny and unnerving. We've already seen Taungus (sp?) and the locket!
Yes, not as good as the first 2. Lucrezia is a delight.
Good. Rory/Amy breaking up was strange. They can't adopt? Oswin reveal was great and made the plot make sense. There must be some connection between Oswin and Clara. 1) Casting announcement for Clara 2) No announcement for Oswin.
Good. Lucrezia's adorable. Cesare is quite the tour de force.
Chandel, trailer/promos lie. I loved the fixer. The fake affair photos was probably the funniest scene ever on WC from Peter/Neal explaining to Elle/Sarah up to Peter/Sara falling back on the bed. Best line is Mozzie's "45 years ago, an enigma gave a paradox a very special hug." Sam storyline will be overy dragged out I bet. I liked Neal calling prosecuting a con, no, a 2-man con and I liked him testifying.
Annie is annoying with Simon (and Eyal and Ben) but I like the Simon storyline because of the mystery and danger. Annie and Simon as rogue agents could be fun assuming Annie stops being the worst spy ever. The endgame is probably Simon sacrificing himself heroically for Annie, ugh! Finally get some movement on Jai's "death" storyline. Joan/Arthur, I feel is filler.
I suspected that Brady was innocent when he said he had an OOBE and I was sure when he said he pulled out the knife. I think it'd have been better if Brady had killed her or if he was cleared earlier. The procedural parts with Kate were poor. Kate wasn't the least believable this episode.
Good episode. I agree, the series does tend to leave things hanging for a while at times.
