I think Teddy will die, she really has no other purpose on the show anymore. She doesn't need to teach Christina and she is no longer a love interest to Owen or anybody else for that matter...her character is going nowhere.
I agree with @Aussie. I think zola will be the center of the confidentiality SL. I don't think it will be Adele though since Arizona and Alex work with kids.

I agree, it will be nice for them to find friendship in each other especially at such an important time for both of them. I do disagree however with some of you who think that both Owen and Derek are being asses. I think Owen is being unreasonable for expecting Christina to do something he knew she didn't want to do since before he married her. I'm not arguing for a pro choice argument or anything, but he knew she didn't want kids. As for Derek, I don't think he is out of line, Meredith crossed a line and what she did was wrong. The only thing about him I think was wrong is walking out on Mer. When they wrote their post-it, they promised to not ever walk away, he broke that promise the second things went pear shaped.

My prediction with Christina is that she will do the heart surgery behind Teddy's back and she will kill the patient. Teddy wanted Christina to learn that she is not always right. She may get that point across in this episode. This will be the best way for Christina to learn that important lesson in order to become a better doctor.
I also think she will get chief resident, but I think if that does happen, she will do really good with it. She is friendly and easy to talk to and she also has good organization skills...remember the chore wheel earlier this season?? It will be nice to see her do something, she has kinda been an underdog in GA since her first episode.
Let me just say I love the face that Bailey is making in the background. If this face is any indication of how this wedding will be, I'm excited to watch it :)
I think the marriage will bring some much needed closure to the calzona story line. Really I'm very excited to see Callie get something she wants for her with the birth of the baby and for Arizona to be committed to that role of other mommy. This will leave the storyline open in the future for some pretty comical parenting styles to be put in the show. I can't wait for this!

Who left you in charge of judgment on what is to happen to these people, isn't that suppose to be a decision that is not in our hands??
This is just a TV show, it is purely here for entertainment. Nobody is being forced to watch it and to everybody who keeps writing all this self-righteous bull crap needs to stop, this is not the place or time to sell your interpretation of the bible. I don't want to hear it! I come to this site merely to get other perspective on spoilers and direction of storyline, not to be preached at( I can go to church for this). Just enjoy the show and religious-free discussions if you please!!!
If Callie loses the baby I think it would bring Callie and Meredith closer siNce they both lose a baby...could be entertaining. If not I think Callie, Arizona and Mark will Learn some kind of important lesson that can't be learned any other way.
Wow, this is going to be amazing! I cannot wait for this to air. It looks like the person in the ambulance was Callie just based on the hand reaching at the end, and also because of Mark's reaction. There are very few woman he would be that emotionally involved with at least enough to sound so frantic for. It looks as though he may not ever be meant to have a baby. Poor guy!
I think this episode will be a good one. I hope it continues to focus on the medicine and not too much on the calzona baby shower. The show needs to hurry up and get here already, I'm going through serious greys withdrawals already.
Mer may be reacting to the hormones of Her fertility drugs which will mean she will have a very hard choice to make, a baby or being a surgeon. When it comes down to it, I think she will stick to surgery over having a baby. Either way I think she will get both wants when all is said and done. We will just have to wait and see what happens, but I think this issue could cause the Mer Der conflict that we have been missing.
Yay!!! This was the best episode of the season so far. Welcome back Grey's Anatomy! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing more of Mer in this episode, she has been a little absent lately. I gotta say I like the fact that we get to see a different more vulnerable side of Bailey, but I do miss the overly strict and highly sarcastic Bailey that we have come to expect. I am still not sure what to think of Eli and her together, they are just kinda awkward to me. I would like to see more Lucy in upcoming episodes. She is a little hard to read so I like the mystery she offers especially for Karev.
@Dominique- Mark is not being insensitive to Lexie, when Mark and Callie got busy, Lexie was not in the picture, she was still giving Mark the cold shoulder. I understand that she doesn't want to be a mom just yet, but we cannot keep making Mark the bad guy in their story line.
Most people from what I have read here have not liked the direction the greys story line is going, but I think I really do appreciate the twists and turns that is being offered. I agree with many that this season is not the best season that we have seen, but it does let us see the characters evolve with life and everything that we have witnessed within their struggles. I still look forward to where the future of the greys story line takes us.
