  1. The CW Delays Returns of Ringer, 90210

The good news for Ringer fans, it's going to run nearly repeat free for most of its remaining run til May.
  2. 90210 Review: Silent Night

@Cupcakekary: They probably booked tickets to a budget airline or had economy-class seats.
  3. 90210 Review: Silent Night

If I were to rate each of 90210's four midseason finales:
1.S4 (Love Sneaky-clever but still perkylicious Annie and yes the ending is such a shocker)
2.S2 (Love every moment of "Winter Wonderland", too bad the fall-out from the ending scene relating to Annie's hit-and-run storyline ended in disaster)
    3. S3 (Teddy's kiss and the Mr. Cannon reveal were the only highlights of that finale)
    4. S1 (Sean's scene in the end was the only thing that kept me through the show's first winter hiatus)
  4. 90210 Review: Lose Yourself

And yes, nice shout-out to Vampire Suck there 90210.
  5. 90210 Review: Lose Yourself

I miss Liomi as much as I miss Lannie. Sad that teddy's gone for good but finally we got to see a very decent send-off (Something we didn't see from the exits of Tabitha, Ethan, Harry, Debbie and Ryan).

Another plus episode for me this season.
  6. TV Fanatic Mid-Season Report Card: 90210

And now, Matt and the rest of the TV Fanatic staff have seemed to have grown to love Trevor Donovan. That's one of the few things I'm thankful during Rebecca Sinclair's tenure.

    Happy Thanksgiving y'all!
  7. 90210 Casting Call: Naomi's Sister

    And hello Sara Foster! :D
  8. 90210 Casting for a Bad Boy

    And hello Liam Court!
  9. 90210 Review: Thanks for Nothing!

@CrAZychicke: I highly rexommend that you go on watch Season 4. At least the new showrunners really stepped it up and made a marked improvement as compared to Rebecca Sinclair's tenure as EP.

Raj was introduced late last season as a love interest for Ivy. She found out that Raj has cancer and also developed feelings with each other (over the course of Season 3's last 6 or so episodes). They married knowing they're relationship is doomed to end. As of the recent episode, Ivy and Raj's storyline makes up for some good teen soap.

Austin was introduced to become Naomi's new boylet. Max broke up with Naomi in part of because Naomi seemed to have already moved on (after they initially broke up over the summer when they both found out Naomi had a false alarm). It kinda seemed natural that they'd do so but I wish Naomi would stop looking for the right man for her.

But at least other than her boy-woes, her development as a character have seen an improvement.

Nick was just introduced on the Thanksgiving episode so no word about him. Hopefully Nilver will meet its demise and Silver would find herself someone else better.

Re: Bold and The Beautiful: The show always have the same recycled stories over and over again. it's always Rick-Brooke-Taylor and their immediate family doing incestuous things with each other. The onyl good about the show is some of the stories Brad Bell is actually willing to show (for Emmy consideration)

But I do love me some Days of our Lives, but that show's more multi-generational so it cannot be really compared with a youth drama such as 9-0.
  10. 90210 Review: Thanks for Nothing!

@Dexter Idolzer: The doctor didn't say that Raj is still going to die, he just said that "it didn't work" as clarification over the results of the treatment he took.
  11. 90210 Review: Thanks for Nothing!

    I mean "music supervisor"
  12. 90210 Review: Thanks for Nothing!

They actually do have a lot of interesting soundtracks being played this season, better than most of last season's picks. I wonder who's the music producer of the show, I wanna say kudos to him and his smart choices.

They ought to release another OST album soon.
  13. 90210 Review: Thanks for Nothing!

Wow, lots of shoutouts and teaser-lites to Seasons 1 and 2. I love it :D

At least this season, the stories are becoming more involving with the characters interacting with each other a whole lot so than they have been from the past two seasons (except Navid and Teddy weren't around).

I just hope Lannie/Liomi and Sixon are endgame. But it won't hurt if they give us Dixie or even AnniErin. :D
  14. 90210 Review: The Hangover

Hmmm. Is the rehab center that Dixon was enrolled to the same place where Ade was sent to after her near-death experience in Season 1?
  15. 90210 Review: What Happens In Vegas Won't Stay In Vegas

Another good episode although it's sad Ivy wasn't able to hang around with her friends. Plus this week's soundtrack is such an eargasm.

What's the legal age for people to enter inside a casino that has a bar and restaurant and booze? hehehe
  16. 90210 Preview: Vegas! Maybe!

The question: Is Teddy actually getting married?
  17. 90210 Review: True Confessions

The original had its fair share of parties and party-related drama as well. At least the Masquerade Party Naomi threw out was a huge improvement over last season's dreck of a senior prom.

BTW, I like the closing montage in the episode's last moments: from Ivy looking to think more of her own happiness besides Raj, to Naomi trying to find a stable man in her life who could love her unconditionally to Liam trying to face his fears of facing challenges and overcoming doubts (redundant use of words I know lol hehehe) by letting himself be the face of an advertising campaign.

Perez was there for like a minute and a half...So he wasn't much of a presence.
  18. 90210 Review: True Confessions

Ivy's a Nikon girl, I love it! And I see she use a Nikon D40 dSLR cam :D

    Go away Canon!
  19. Dina Meyer Heads Back to Beverly Hills

The expanded 90210 universe has a history of having actors playing multiple roles in different durations so I'm not surprise they're not having her play her old character.

Here's some of those who had the opportunity to play several characters in the 90210 world: Laura Leighton (one for Melrose Place, one on BH90210), Greg Vaughan (two on BH90210), Linda Grey (played the same role on MP and Models Inc, then on 90210 she played Ethan's grandmother), Jessica Lucas (one each for 90210 and MP 2.0) among others. Justin Deeley's the latest addition to that special circle :)
  20. Ahead on 90210: Halloween Hijinks!

OOh nice. 90210 returns on All Saint's Day. :)
  21. 90210 Review: Beverly Hills Got Talent

@neezd: Naomi really do looked old because she had to look like a woman from the 1920's. I had the same thought too but anything she wears, clothes and all, she can really pull it off with no sweat.

Even those sweatpants she wore on Season 2 made her look hot. ay ay ayeee! :D
  22. 90210 Review: Beverly Hills Got Talent

In Dixon's case, his body reacted very negatively to the drugs he took. If he continued on without a first hand diagnosis (aint ADHD pills supposed to be prescribed by doctors?), he could possibly have complications.

In a way I could related although not really drug-related. I had an addiction over caffeine back in my frosh year. One time during a team building escapade at a resort with my college org, I had one too many cups of coffee and not only did it bring me to a whole new level of a coffee high, I also suffered a long period of negative mood swings that lasted a few weeks.

Dixon should prolly need some good rest, and lots of water to keep a clear head all of the time and be continually inspired.

My college peeps had it worse. They either pick one or all of the following: 1)drinking coffee, 2)drinking energy drinks, 3)drinking sports drinks, 4)smoking, and the most extreme but could really lead you to explusion, 5)drug abuse (whether or not it's legal or not as long as it's becoming a major concern when you are caught using within or around the premises or being under the influence at all)

But despite it all, Dixon is still a jerk for passing on the opportunity to even pursue a college education. Not a lot of people his age get that chance so he was lucky that had that kind of privilege (even though education is above all a right, not a privilege).

By earning a degree in Music Education (or anything related) with a hot toasty diploma at hand, he can purusue his dreams with nothing to stop him. He could have the tools, the knowledge and wisdom that would have prepared him for the real world. Real-world experience right after high school can be cool and all but nothing beats flourishing your talent in an avenue for him to grow and mature.

I see bad times ahead for Dixon so he better watch out.
  23. 90210 Review: To the Max!

argy: to answer some of your questions.

    1. CU is probably a more affordable college to attend compared to Carnegie Mellon (is CU a state university?). I wonder though if Harry and Debbie even considered planning their children's educatioal futures in advance by investing in an educational plan insurance so at least they could afford college through 4 years. CU I guess allows having their students pay their tuition by installments so it must be hard for Annie to get enough money to pay a month's due.

    2. Naomi moved out of her big house after her rape. But technically, her sister owns the house when control of Naomi's trust fund was placed under her guardianship. After she got control of her money in Season 3, Naomi was able to rent out a hotel room (after a summer residing in a motel).

    3. Fishing can be a lucrative profession if the the kind of seafood you catch is worth a lot. It depends on what species of edible fish is really on demand, like tuna, Egyptian fish, shrimp, etc. You can get a hefty sum of a commission depending on how much you caught. It's possible Liam also engaged in aquaculture in Alaska but we'll never know.
  24. 90210 Review: To the Max!

    ♫Let the games begin.
Let the light come shining in.
Who knows where the road will lead 90210 now?
    Look at what we've found.
Make this moment turn our hearts around.
It may never come again let it in
    Let the games begin.♫

    Max+Naomi=Let the love begin

Best. Episode. Over. I love that Max and Naomi moment. :D

Love love the review and this is coming from someone who never always agrees to a TV Fanatic review of a 90210 episode. Keep it up! :D
  25. Billy Ray Cyrus Cast on 90210

This is actually the most realistic casting since Austin is supposed to be the son of a country singer so all the more obvious to cast someone who into country music.

Although to be honest, having David Rappaport (casting director for 90210) cast some celebrities to guest (A-Lister and otherwise) is definitely something of a big concern. We already had Jason Kennedy, Joe Jonas, the Kardashians, Snoop Dogg and Samantha ROnson among others. Who should we expect next? Thalia? Hehehe just kidding.

    Still 9-Oh
