There's no excuse for physical violence EVER. I didn't agree with Lauren pushing Satanna into the lockers but at least with that one you can tell it was a two person fight not just someone sucker punching another person. I'm not thinking that's the case here. Quinn's a bitch. She has people that support her even though she's nasty to them. I'm tired of her attitude problem being justified with entertaining lines and a ridiculous sob story. Rachel may have sung to Finn but Quinn should have listened to the lyrics...the song was called "You Can Go Your Own Way". Hardly man stealing material. Rachel may come on too strong and be insecure but she's never been mean spirited. Quinn lashing out at her is unjustified. She's jealous. Plain and simple. The only time she likes Rachel is when she can put her down about her looks. Finn said he loved Rachel and Quinn. He's too confused for her to be depending on him. I'm tired of the mean girls getting redeemed in this show when in fact, they're just spoiled bitches.
In which scene did Julianna Margulies shine the most? She was on fire the whole night. My favorite emotional scene was when she broke down after she just found out about Peter and decides to kick him out. Her acting was beautiful in the scene with her children but I can't stand her kids. Grace is spoiled and grating to listen to. She's a lot like Jackie when it comes to judging Alicia. And Zach's lack of intelligence is astounding considering who his parents are. So that those thoughts distracted me from the amazing talent of Julianna Margulies. My favorite court room scenes were when she went up against the doctor for his bias. She was amazing. Is Peter sorry for deceiving Alicia yet again or for getting caught? Peter's worried about Peter. He's worried that Alicia leaving him will cause problems for him at work. His taking in Cary is prove of that. He plans to hit Alicia were it hurts, her professional life. It's what made her strong enough to leave him. Was Cary presumptuous in expecting a third year associate designation to return to Lockhart Gardner? Yes. He's made it clear that he doesn't want to be second to Alicia. But I think its blinding him. He's a great but he has to let that grudge go. He learned so much from the year he spent away. He's a much better lawyer for it. Dianne and Will basically had to talk to him like they were talking to a child. It's pushing him in a vulnerable position with Peter, who will use him up and throw him away once he's finished. Why do you think Peter perked up when he realized Cary had a connection to Lockhart Gardner and to Alicia? Because the Florick marriage campaign is about to go negative. Peter is clearly going to use Cary to dig up dirt on his wife so he can destroy her career. Because without it, Alicia will depend on him again and have to play the picture perfect wife. And this time, on his terms. How would you have responded to Jackie had you been in Alicia's shoes? Well, I hope I would have stayed even half as calm as she was but that's unlikely. I think I would have kicked out of my office. At the very least. Is it really the end for Alicia and Peter's marriage? It had better be. After his nasty little rant about Alicia "being the victim", he really has to be out of her life. He has hurt her over and over again, it's clear now that he's not sorry...He's just tried of having to work so hard for something he thinks is already his. Alicia is an amazing woman. A icon to females looking to be strong but poised. She can't go back now. Too many viewers depend on her as a good influence.
Im FURIOUS. How dare he say that it wasn't abuse? That she wasn't affraid!!!! I don't care what you're intentions were, she looked terrified. She ran away in tears!!! How dare he justify abuse!
Btw, I can't pause it in time...Who did Chuck punch? Was it Nate?
Blair needs someone new. Chair is finished. Or at least it should be.
This is sad, I was hoping Chuck would get some help on his own. Not have therapy as some plot by Jack Bass...Since those soap operas have been canceled have some their writers come to GG? Seriously where's season one!!!?
1. What was your favorite Gossip Girl quote from last night? I can tell you what my least favorite quote was... Blair: I can be the next Grace Kelly! It was desperate. And in reality it wouldn't have convinced anyone. Blair doesn't need to be anyone but Blair. 2. Who are you more disappointed in, Serena or Chuck? I never held any esteem for Serena or her actions so I wasn't disappointed, just irritated. She needs to take a step and realize that she's a very selfish person. As for Chuck...I already said all I needed to say about him in my last comments but let's just say I'm not a Chair fan anymore. Poor B. 3. Is Charlie the new Georgina (resident crazy girl in training)? Yes. Her mom hinted at it. Now that we're finding out the lengths she'll go to get Dan, some guys she's known for like 2 weeks...She's far in Georgina-territory. 4. Will Blair actually marry Prince Louis? She's 20! I don't want her marrying anyone for heavens sake! What happened to Columbia? What happened to her dreams?!! And the whole, they-won't-accept-Blair thing is dumb. In reality the Royals have very little say in who their children end up with. And they wouldn't disown him for marrying an American. If she marries Chuck after all that's happened...I'm going to scream!!! 5: Rate last night on the Vanessa Uselessness Scale (1-10). 0 again. I'm looking forward to a bitch throw down with Vanessa and Charlie. Dan's caught in the middle and it should be entertaining.
To clarify my earlier comment. I do believe that Chuck was 100% abusive. No excuses. But Blair knows how he gets. She knew he was drunk, half crazy with jealousy, and probably on something. She shouldn't have gone there. While Chuck was absolutely to blame, the girl needs to use her head. If you know someone is violent, don't go there alone. If she HAD to tell him in person, bring someone. Never, ever put yourself in that position. I don't support Chair. Chuck needs help. And Blair needs help because her eyes at the end of that last episode tells me that she's struggling. She was in abusive relationship and coming out of that is tough. Hence why I think Serena is a massive bitch for not only neglecting to support her best friend during such a hard time but also to try and destroy her new, healthier relationship. And shame on Nate for not helping Blair that night. He couldn't have run after her to make sure she was ok? I understand leaving Chuck but he once dated Blair, how could he just stand there!!!?? Shame on those two for not recognizing how much their friends need them. Especially since Blair has ALWAYS been there for Serena and Serena slept with her boyfriend and then abandoned her just as her father left the family. This is to let people know that I don't blame Blair for what happened but that she needed to be more careful. Chuck is dangerous and needs help. Blair needs to protect herself.
No sooner is the ring on the finger these two implode...
Whoa crazy girl...Seriously Dan...You hung around Georgina for a whole summer...How did you not know by now?
