   I think I know why they were able to break out - Elena completed the transition and therefore had super-vampire strength (the others didn't because they were injured or vervained).
   I actually liked the episode! A lot!

   ugh. i really hope that the rufus/lily drama is only temporary, as they seem to be the only stable couple on the show (yes, even though they have hardly any storyline). i hardly believe they'll find any new permanent love interests for both of them as season 6 will very possibly be the last season of gossip girl.
   
   diana definitely has some family connection to chuck - but for her to be his mother - i think that would be too obvious. maybe she's his aunt or something like that.

   Americans are so prude (I don´t mean that in a bad way - but that´s how it is)- the more you make something a taboo or forbidden, the more interesting it is to those who "can´t have" it.
   This TV series proves my point every episode - still it´s funny to watch sometimes.

   I really hope the writers won´t repeat the storyline of season 3 with the whole "William tries to steal Lily back" thing.
   
   Wondering why he´s not in jail yet, he deserves to be for putting Lily on drugs she didn´t need.

6. Coming to Gossip Girl: Rufus-William Drama

   I really don´t get why anyone would choose William over Rufus.
   Yes, the writers didn´t give him much of a storyline this season, but still, he really loves Lily and the kids (all of them) and is a good person. He always supports them und would to anything for them - and is probably the only person on the show who has some kind of morals.
   
   William on the other hand pretended Lily still had cancer and gave her drugs she didn´t need, lied to her and the kids about a betrayal Rufus never commited and was never present in the kids´ lives.
   
   Also I can´t see a reason why Lily would take him back and why noone would call the police when he shows up, what he did was a serious crime and against all ethics.

    It´s not Lily, that´s for sure, she was sick the whole 3rd season, I don´t think they would choose her again for that kind of storyline.
    It could be Eric - that would be unexpected...

    Love her :) Not her character in the series, obviously, but as an actress. She´s really beautiful and talented [hope we´ll see more of her in the last two Harry Potter movies].

    Why is Rufus annoying - he´s right to be suspicious about that douchebag of William VDW. He´s up to something god knows what.
    Also I´m sure he didn´t cheat on Lily. It´s just a scheme.

    Also, Dr. VDW is definitely scheeming... I would not be surprised if Lily´s relaps was fake. No idea what he wants, but I hope Rufus or anyone else kicks his ass back to where he came from.
    
    The show needs a stable couple like Kirsten & Sandy on the OC. Of course, there´s always trouble - otherwise it would get boring, but it must be the kind of couple that we know will survive.
    
    Chuck and Blair not getting back together was obvious and just right, anything else would not have been realistic.
