  1. The Vampire Diaries Review: Witchy Washy

Even if Michael Trevino was good in Klaus shoes, you gotta love some JoMo. Speaking of Klaus, that’s one thing I don’t really get. He saved Caroline, because I guess in some way if likes her, that’s okay and kind of nice I guess. He didn’t free Rebekah to gain time and liberty of movement, that’s also ok. But what I don’t get is why he was so mean to his sister. Trust me, I am more than open to Klaroline but I find it hard to believe he would be nicer to her than to his own sister. I’ve got to say, Claire Holt’s Rebekah almost broke my heart. I love her more and more! It was nice to see her with Stefan and Elena in the cells and Caroline in the van. I would love to see my two favorites blondes to bound. I guess we’ll see her join the Salvatore side and it will be a struggle to see herself accepted since she’s the one who caused the car accident! But if you ask me, it one more reason to be enthousiastic about the whole thing.

As always, true to herself, Caroline Forbes is my girl! It took a few second to register but she spotted Klaus right away . I agree, he wasn’t trying very hard to hide himself, speaking as he always does. I didn’t want this body switch to end to long but I was surprised that is was resolved so easily… I guess it helped not to drag it for too long but at the end there were no dragging at all (the hiatus obviously doesn’t count^^) and I feel like they missed an small opportunity because now Caroline knows, with Tyler back, and Jeremy and Bonnie, Klaus’ “you cannot tell anyone I’m back” just killed itself in the egg. That’s why I guess he didn’t free Rebekah to keep his presence unknown only until he got his body back…But who I am to complain: Joseph Morgan is BACK! Yeahhh!!

just wish when they bring Delena, they do it a way I can actually buy Elena's love for him.
In the same way, I didn't like at all Stefan's comment to Matt, not at all!!! But for me Damon's behavior was still way worse, despite what some people who blame Stefan's words ( rightfully) but don't blame Damon because it is who Damon is, bla bla, say. I don't like the fact that Damon changed, not because he changed, but because he did it only concerning toward Elena... Yes, the switch is on, he can love and be badass at the same time, but seing him without any consideration for human life, still deciding to kill only because he's angry just put me off a character I love...
  4. The Vampire Diaries Review: Witchy Washy

At the end, I really liked the episode, except for one thing (see my review for this because I don't have the heart to write it all again): Damon. I'm not a shipper, Stelena/Delena I don't really card but it saddened me that I know Delena is coming soon when I don't buy it at all with the current events. At this point, I don't really see how they could be together, only because I can't really think why/bow Damon could be in love with her when he doesn't even understand her way of thinking...he still doesn't care about human life as long as it doesn't touch Elena or Stefan. And I had a lot of trouble seeing him bad handling Matt that way...yes, he would have saved Elena first, that I can totally understand from him and wouldn't have blame him but I didn't like at all his behavior toward Matt. It's like he hasn't evolved at all and it's even worth because at the beginning he didn't had his emotions but now he doesn't have any excuses, he just doesn't care! I just wish when they bring Delena, they do it a way I can actually buy Elena's love for him.

(Cont.) To all Delena shippers out there, I hope you are too. Delena is coming, I may or may not be happy when it does regarding the issue I addressed before, but I would have felt cheated if Delena was because of the “who-I-met-first” issue. For now, I’m happy the way it turned out.

Believed me, I’m the first to be surprised but this episode kind of made me interested again in Elena and I’m happy for that. Believe me, it’s not fun not to like the main character of a show!
  6. The Vampire Diaries Review: Witchy Washy

I think the writers handled very well the whole Stefan/Elena/Damon triangle and Elena’s choice. Of course she had to stick with it (it’s only been a day!) and I hope she will stay with Stefan at least for a little while so it can give “her choice” a real impact and look like a real stand out from Elena, because as Damon said it himself, she’s made so many “choices”, changes of hearts in all her uncertain mind last season that it would be good to see her affirm herself. And what’s even better in their storyline is that they did address her coming-back memories of Damon, without pushing it too hard. I found the scene in her bedroom lovely. Nice touch! And I’m obviously relieved, and I guess I am not the only one, that Elena didn’t have a sudden change of heart because she just remembered she met Damon first, ppfffioouuu! On the town council twist: bring it on!! I was very enthusiast until I saw that pastor blow everyone out. I hope they won’t bring them as ghost! Please, please, don’t! However, I guess the whole council wasn’t there and they could blame the blow on the town vampires, which would led to an openly human/vampire conflict. It’s an interesting twist other than a big villain and I’m curious to see it develop. The now ex-Sherriff Forbes and ex-mayor Lockwood as allies also brings more to it! Great! They are not enough parents present for this supernatural but still teenager children.
  9. Glee Review: Give Your Heart a Break

Oh and I'm with Dale's comment! That's the Glee I love, even if that episode was quite heartbreaking...
  10. Glee Review: Give Your Heart a Break

Aargg, a line went 'missing in my second comment.
As I was saying, It is not because Blaine's is doing all sort of things in high school and seing people thag I cannot feel lonely, just as Kurt can feel as lonely while being righfully busy while working and doing stuff in NY...it's just a reminder for those who are jumping on their high horse to defend Kurt's loneliness and accusing people to blame things on him and being biased while they do exactly the same thing with Blaine. But post like Mike's explains well why HE choose to symathised more with Kurt, because he's got valid points and I agree with most of it (except the accusation of the reviewer being that biased and the Sebastian issue xD) concerning Kurt.
  11. Glee Review: Give Your Heart a Break

(Cont.) That being said, I found this episode great! i haven't felt like that for glee in a long time! I loved the song selection, I don't like Finn at all, but I found myself not bothered for him for once. I even felt for him even if I'm all team Rachel! i just loved how the storylines felt real and natural. That is some character development and growth. Please, Glee writers, give us good writing more often and please in the process get rid lf this mr. Shue imposter you gave us for a while now. Either don't give him a storyline outsideof the student, or give us something we can connect to on an episode basis, not very once in a while.
Oh Santana, I missed you! At least Naya! i love to hear her sing and this was perfectly emotionnal. Even if on the performance, my award goes to Darren Criss. This was painful to watch. If you didn't buy Blaine suffering before, THAT WAS IT and you can't take it away from him. And maybe I'll watch the episode again...Glee, I hope you're back for me because I missed you!
On the new characters, I kinda like Marley but Jake, no no...but I have to say I don't really care at all...we didn't saw them a lot this week and it was all fine for me! I uselessly hope it will be always like that but I fear not...
  12. Glee Review: Give Your Heart a Break

(Cont.) Yes it was his choice but it doesn't change the fact that he left his friends behind and his life. i do not say he doesn't like people at McKingley but we haven't really see him making a real friendship with someone beside Kurt (except maybe Rachel) all that to say that no, cheating is not right, but the characters, like real people, are not supposed to perfect and unfortunately cheating happen. What I do not like is people traiting Kurt as a saint and like Miranda's review (and comment) said it both are not blameless but it is not a crime for her to "sympathised" (it may not be the right word) more with Blaine.
It's a review, not a recap and she's entitled to her own opinion and how I already said, we saw more of Blaine's hurt than Kurt. Geez people, when Glee's reviewers are hard on The show you're not happy and when I read a positive review, some people still find a way to attack the reviewer...
And please, it's not because Blaine's is doing all sort of things in high school and is seing a lot of people that he cannot feel lonely, just as Kurt can feel lonely even when he's busy with work...I'm just making it clear for all those who jump on their high horse to defend Kurt from a supposely biased reviewer and put all the blame on Blaine.
  13. Glee Review: Give Your Heart a Break

Come on people! I didn't find the review biased as a lot of people are saying...
Well, I am not a Klaine Shipper but I did feel Blaine's pain over the episode and the previous one. Just read Miranda's comments to see her explanations before attacking her of being biased... Or Guenon's, it explains it very well. Yes, I haven't always been a fan of Kurt. Actually, I only started to really like him at the end of season 3 but for once, I'm happy that the writing does not make Kurt a saint like it may have been found in the past.
Their "break up" were given enough time an development (meaning more than 1 ep) to see the crisis building and I'm very happy with it. Yes, it was Blaine who cheated but the guy has been miserable alone. I do not say Kurt doesn't feel lonely and he should be able to live his dreams, but you cannot say that ON SCREEN we have seen Kurt's loneliness that much, since he is righfully busy. Blaine on the other hand said it himself last week, he changed school for Kurt.
  14. Glee Season Finale Review: Pomp and Circumstance

I am far from saying that the show is perfect (which is definitively not true) but it succeded to put me in a very very good mood and that's all I ask from Glee!!
  15. Glee Season Finale Review: Pomp and Circumstance

ahah! As a Rachel Berry fan, I am just on the moon! I wouldn't be surprise if Kurt still finds his way to NY. Look at Santana, she has no direct plan in the city but she's still going.
I really wouldn't have minded if Kurt got accepted but it didn't really bother me. I know that a lot of people find really hard to accept that Rachel is the main character and thus, of course are not happy when the main focus is on her but what can you do? I totally understand, because I'm experiencing the same thing on other shows, but you have to accept it and move on. That's how it works. You have to say that Kurt has been the focus of heavy storylines the past year.
I would have been very very very disappointed if Rachel didn't make it to NY. Yes, I watch Glee to be happy (even if the shows didn't really do it in this season 3) and wanted my Happy-Rachel-Ending, so I have nothing to complain about.
I am far from saying that the show is perfect (which is definitively not true) but it succeded to put me in a very very good mood and that's all I ask from Glee!!
  16. Cancelled Shows: Which Will You Miss Most?

    PAN AM!!
  17. Sherlock Review: "The Hounds of Baskerville"

And John's arrogance? For my part I think John believe in his friendship with Sherlock and that's whu he's here for him. That's what friends do, and as Sherlock is a slighty different case, their dynamic will obviously change.
  18. Sherlock Review: "The Hounds of Baskerville"

I really like this website, it's always nice to see opinion of others but when I see a Gossip Girl episode rated 4/5 and Sherlock only 3/5 I just wonder if we live in the same world, or if it's an american thing. I know it's not the same reviewer but it was just an example to present my shock. (Yes, I watch/used to watch GG, so I know the quality and please, this just make my heart hurt).
But what comes out of this review is that, sorry to say, you don't know the characters at all and obviously missed the central element of the show, John and Sherlock friendship, if all you can see is John PTSD! I really don't know what this come from by the way. This episode is a strong one regarding S/J friendship and Sherlock's own demons! Lestrade is a great addition "Greg? That's how you call yourself now" or something like that, Sherlock "experiment" on John...and poor poor Henry!
And John's arrogance? For my part I think John believe in his friendship with Sherlock and that's whu he's here for him. That's what friends do, and as Sherlock is a slighty different case, their dynamic will obviously change.
  19. The Vampire Diaries Review: One Wrong Turn

But anyway, I don't necessarily ship Elena with anyone so...and I do think Damon is better in the scenes without her. How great was he with Rebekah in thsis episode? Not even romantically but still., and I think Elena tends to suck Damon's fun side, like he's always worried about her...on Caroline's side well, she's still my favorite and her freak out for Tyler was a great scene! Candice I love you! Oh, and I am so glad Elijah didn't die! Even if he didn't do anything, it was great to see him! And Rebekah too!
  20. The Vampire Diaries Review: One Wrong Turn

On Elena and Damon, I think that flashback was really too late, they should have introduced it earlier in the season. It screams very easy plot when Elena said "if I met you first" and then boom! Vampire Elena will remember just a few minutes after she said this... Really? I am really not in the shipping "war" concerning Delena & Stelena, but I quite happy when Elena chose Stefan. It's like it redeemed her a little bit in my eyes and I don't really know why. Maybe a reminder of "it's always going to be Stefan", at least she's consistant! But of course, it was before this whole flashback damon thing, so I guess it doesn't count anymore...
  21. The Vampire Diaries Review: One Wrong Turn

So I can't stop feeling weird about this, for me Alaric was already dead, so not much from that angle, even if his scene with Jer was great. How cute were Matt and Jer anyway today? I don't usually say so, but it was nice to see the humans do sth for once.
On Elena's death well... I do think they waited too long to turn her. Before tonight, I did not think so, but there was not shock for me so I guess it missed it's point.
On another hand, everything changed for Elena, that maybe interesting next season. I hope she will have some Caroline effect but I doubt it... Too bad!
  22. The Vampire Diaries Review: One Wrong Turn

I feel a little rob of one death! I am a bif fan of Klaus, and of Joseph Morgan portrayal but at the end of the episode, I though it would have a better impact if he did lie and if both him and Tyler were really dead! I don't really know how to explain it... But in any case as Klaus body burned, even if Klaus is still alive in Tyler's body, it means no more Joseph Morgan portrayal of Klaus, except in flashback so...I know I know, it's supposed to be about the characters but I can't stop thr feel sad that I won't see Joseph Morgan on the show...and if I am not to see him again, I would have at least want his departure to have a real big significance!U
  23. Game of Thrones Review: Sons of Monarchy

    @Guenon
I'm all for Gendry/Arya but in friendship only, At least for non, come on Arya is still a kid!
But anyway, this show doesn't revolved around love stories, at least not as we know it, as it would be a shame if they were changing that aspect (I don't think they will).
I just love this show and how they're protraying George Martin's world!
  24. The Vampire Diaries Review: Ring the Alarm-ic!

ah reading some comment, I think I made a mistale saying Steph decapitated Samantha Gilbert^^ my bad!
  25. The Vampire Diaries Review: Ring the Alarm-ic!

I was waiting for this episode (like you all) for a long time, as the VD addict I am, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed even if I don't really know why because interesting things happened!
Am I not wrong saying that Stephan complety beheaded that poor Samantha? Poor girl, no wonder she went mad!
I love Rebekah more and more but really, I think nobody pointed out that SHE is pointing out a BIG finger on a tree that NOBODY's looking for for now...really, it's only Carol Lockwood but still, not a very clever move...
