I really like this episode! I won't repeat everything that's been said but for me, it's not really a problem having Katherine like that. I don't really think about it as plot hole. The off-screen conversation suits me fine. I think the problem is here that they let the cliffhanger about Michael and Katherine unanswered for to long but I don't mind her calling Damon. I mean, with telephones nowadays, why would she come in person when she can phone him?
I like to way Stefan's prediction about someone's humanity will make the plan fail and as it turned out, it was his!
Definitively enjoying this Stefan, including his scene with Katherine. Good move taking the originals even if it crushed my hope to see Elijah again before Christmas...
The only thing that I didn't really like, and I think someone already evoqued it, is the fact that the "gang" let Caroline out too many times. I do like her storyline with Tyler but I would LOVE to see her more involve with the others. As we saw it tonight, she's totally on their side concerning Klaus, even if it destroys her relationship with Tyler. I think the least they can do is to keep her informed, as she's in the middle of the thing, but I feel like they don't really care. Don't tell me it's because they want to keep her safe, that was what Tyler was doing, not the other, they just ignored her. Well, I feel like I'm writing a novel about it whereas I still totally loved the episode, but I wanted to say it.
I was so sure that Charming will woke up, remembering and saying something like "Snow White"! How disappointed I was! I mean not in the show, as it keeps the mysteries up but in myself. That why I never try to guess because I'm usually wrong xD Anyway, it would be great to have someone believing Henry but it's probably to soon. I also love Snow White's story as a bandit! She rocks!
I don't really care for Louis but I don't understand why he was mad at Blair for cheating on him???!! That's what the need of a test proves, as I always saw Blair & Louis relationship as an exclusive one. What he did to Chuck was bad but that he didn't even seem angry with Blair amazed me...
At this point, I still think Louis's the father of the child because, for once, as a subject as important as children, I don't see Blair lying on it.
As for the episode in himself, I found it kinda boring, with no funny scenes (maybe Blair minion made me smile, but that's it).
As much as I love Klaus (see @youngnan comment, I totally agree) I voted for Cersei, because she's an evil evil queen! Mother of an horrible son! I find her scary in a psychological way!
I already miss Klaus! And I want Elijah back! But it was still a very good episode, maybe a little slow paced conpared to the previous ones but I guess it is a going back to "original" characters, since it mainly turned around Elena/Stefan/Matt/Damon...(well you see my point^^)
Anyway, I am so glad that Caroline pointed out to Tyler his behavior, him being back to his "old" self she didn't like (neither did I) and happy that the issue was kinda answered! I see troubles for Forwood, mainly because the bitchy Barbie Klaus! I though she was into Stefan but she was quick to change for Tyler!
I hope to see Caroline is more scenes without/not about Tyler. It would be great!
I am on Team Dan on this one.
First, Serena, I NEVER liked her, and I more or less agree with Dan portrayal. Ok, she can be mad because she "claims" not to be that person anymore: okay.
But haven't we been told by the extract we heard from the book that Dan places the events when they occured: in highschool or after. I don't think he's even denying Serena's growth but just exposes facts. But she really could uses a mirror. In my eyes, she is a self-center girl. She just doesn't want to face it. And now she has to make friend again wih Dan for that movie, and she will justify this because he hurts her! Come on! For 5 years, she's been the one to use him! AArrgh! I have never been on Derena's board but for me, their relationship really ended when dear Serena couldn't choose between Dan and Nate! How is that not selfish? To lead them both on.
Please please please, don't make Dan Serena's pet again! Well according to this episode it doesn't seems to lead that way but you never know.
On Blair's account, I love her, and yes the consequences may have been more important on her life, but I think she took it hard on Dan, knowing that it wasn't true but that it was showing Dan's feelings, when she is the one who really endanger her relationship with Louis when she slept with Chuck. And she's putting on the blame on Dan when he's been the one for her all that time. Don't make Dair a couple, ok, but don't destroy their friendship!
I'm sorry to tell you guys, but all that time, Dan's been a real friend for Blair, not Serena, who think she can come back, give Blair a hug a proclaim to be her BFF!
I also felt bad for Chuck, who's been the one reacting with maturity. I hope to see more Dan & Chuck scenes in the future. It's funny how you don't know what you like before it's put under your eyes. I never imagime them as a pairing (friendship) but they are great!
As for Nate, it was funny but I think he took it too seriously, that's why I was so sad for Dan at the end, being all alone.
Come on! After all the Upper-East sidders had done wrong in their life, I can't believe they will dismissed one of their friend just for writing a book!
I am still not very convince that Chuck is the father as so many people here.
I totaly agree that with GG writers, you can never know and there is a possibility that Blair lied but I, for instance, am happy with the fact that the father could be Louis, not because I like him (actually I don't really care for him, but he's nice) but I would love that Blair told the truth. I think it would really correspond to the character evolution and actually be a nice twist, since so many people want it to be Chuck's
I think some people who desperately wanted the baby to be Chuck's over analyse the "enveloppe" scene.
Of course, I do not hold the truth and could be wrong, but I think the simpliest and first explanation which came to mind is that she doesn't want Louis to know she cheated on him.
And to those who say she could have get rid of the letter after reading it, I think as the Princess of Monaco to-be she is, it wouldn't be wise to throw something like that in a street bin. And she simply didn't have the time to destroy it properly before Louis arrival.
I also cited Dair fans if you read my post. I did emphasis on Chair because it is the major fanbase, even before the Dair storyline. But the attitude is valid for both and extendable for all fandoms actually.
And I think I try to explain that I didn't target ALL Chair fan.
I'm not in love with the show like I have been at some point point but I still like it BUT all the CHAIR fans are progressively getting on my nerves! Some people may say don't read comment then but I do love reading reviews and people opinion, but the reaction of Chair fans (even some Dair fans at some point) is upsetting me a little bit more every weeks.
I did love Blair and Chuck story and connection, I actually kind of bored with it but still like it, I love Blair and Dan friendship (and I don't think Dan being "in love" with her as a bad thing. I mean, even if he is, she doesn't have to be too and it is still interesting to watch) anyway, I find their relationship, whatever it is, to be one hightlight of the show right now.
And I definitively like the Dan and Chuck scenes! I think Dan's character gains a lot to interact with him (and Blair). You can't say Humphrey is a bad friend.
What I did not support from comments is the animosity of some fans, of what I almost consider as an hostage-taking of the writers by the Chair fans (not every single one of them obviously but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, I do not single out anybody) who claims EVERY WEEK that Chair is 'endgame' and are very upset when the writing doesn't not go in their way. Of course you always prefers some characters/couples better than other but they still belong to the writers and it's not really fair to them. Arrgh, I almost annoy myself with my complaining comment but I really wanted to say it for a long time. I also apologize for the mistakes I could've done, as english is not my usual langage and with a long post like that, I think they can be many of them.
But what is certain is that I grow fonder and fonder about Amy. I really had my doubts at the very beggining but she's just awesome!
One great moment of the episode, a very important one, was Sheldon kicking Leonard! How great was that?!! In his own way, Sheldon express his jalousy. But I agree with a previous comment, Sheldon could NEVER have a "real/normal" relationship with Amy, it would be totally out of character. But I do enjoy a lot the very strange one he's got with Amy!
I agree it wasn't a very funny episode. I was curious about Amy/Leonard interactions but at the end a little disappointed. Leonard wasn't in the mood, which is sad, because I love Leonard, who is a lovable character for me, but unfortunatly, he isn't really funny!
And was I the only one to think the Raj/Howard bromance relations was very present in the few scene Raj had!? I mean, yes it is funny, but it seems very unlikely that Howard calls Raj "Honey"! Don't you think?
I do like Alexis on the show, out of character or not, I liked the way Castle responded to the situation. BUT, what I don't like is the superial tone she use with her father. I mean, Castle is the coolest Dad ever (in my opinion xD), and we know he can be immature but I think he's a good dad anyway. I really don't know what she can reproch him. Yes, he can be childish but he really really care for her, he lets her be her own person, he gives her freedom, he is really here for her, always. I really don't understand what she reproches him...
Doesn't Katerine is afraid of Klaus?! She spent all her vamp life running from him so I doubt she want to stay with him, even for Stefan. But I do wonder where she is!
I agree with Seerah for the Klaus issue. When I heard him said "I've been told..." I directly thought about him asking a witch of someone how to create hybrids, in the same way he did to get rid of the curse. I think the big bad ass scarier than Klaus anounced he's not part of Klaus storyline. And I would like it better that way because it would make Klaus seems less cool or something. He rocks on his own and I want it to continue this way!
I know Stefan is important but why no one is here to help Caroline? Ok ok no one knows she's missing but still. Even if Tyler will probably save her, I would love to see the other also try. She deserves it!
She's getting out of this so I don't like it and I am not sure her dad can "fix" vampires but it's a good idea and knew twist that I like.
The Big Bang cast deserves it! They're great!
But I am a little worried for VD, is it a normal score and low one? I don't really know the usual ratings but it seems a low, doesn't it?
Caroline's dad: I did not see that coming either! Jack Coleman will always be Claire's daddy but it's cool to see him. Poor Care but I know see where this "romeo & juliet" comes from now! It's gonna be mamma Lockwood against daddy Forbes, even if the latter seems pretty determined to kill his own daughter for the moment. I guess Liz will also come around at some point. But anyway, I was thinking about Caroline the all the episode! I mean I know Tyler cares for her and it was the full moon soon and he wanted to show it to his mum but all I was thinking was "quick! What about Caroline?! That guy wants to kill her! Hurry!" Even if I knew she couldn't possibly die when no one notice, it would be so sad and very unfair.
On other hand, there was Klaus! I know he's the bad guy but he appeared to me to be so lonely and I felt for him. Ok he's a killer but so is Damon and Stefan. If Elena was not the doppleganger and it was someone else Damon & co wouldn't give a damn about him and let him be (double standard here^^), but it's the story so I think we can sympathise with an hybrid killer. I know I do.
All this to say, Klaus just wanted someone to be like him, poor little thing! Klaus, I know Elijah is not an hybrid but he's family so go and get him!!! Yeah, I think I need my fix of Elijah!
To conclude, I will say that was a good episode, as usual and I can't wait to see the next one!
come on! Please don't make Brian as her "soulmate". I have nothing against Chloe and Brian dating (even if I prefer Alek^^) but it is not because they fancy each other that they have to be soulmates! Please!

I myself do not really do "couples", I think I enjoy all scene with Blair, so I am happy either way. As for the baby storyline, even if I can't really imagine Blair with a baby, I hope we won't have to suffer another "accident/miscarriage" cliché and I would rather like to see her struggle with maternity (even if this can also be a cliché^^).
