I totally agree with this review. We could have been shown all along what the Governor was up to instead of them taking 2 whole episodes right at the mid season finale to do it.
Anybody who thought the Governor had changed or wanted to change is and was a fool. He's NOT going to change. They wanted us to believe that he was going to(and unfortunately many did) so they could do exactly what they did.
So here we go again with another attack on the prison..............after what they've already been through......I don't know they have the strength to do it. But I also don't think The Governor has the numbers needed to overcome Rick and his crew. With a "surprise special guest cast member" on Talking Dead next week ---Someone is going to die(I'm thinking Glen).........I knew the minute Martinez died that he would be the guest this week and I was right.
Your still not understanding the point.
ROSSI WAS PLAYING THE SUSPECT HE DIDN'T URINATE ON ANYBODY.
Now, Did he lock the boy in the locker all night long? He admitted as much and said he wasn't proud of it. A person can change. But the y have to want to and realize things they are doing are wrong before it can happen.
You obviously haven't watched this show long. Morgan was the center of a racially motivated episode. One where he had went home to Chicago and was arrested for murder and the lead detective had it in for Morgan from the get go and from the time Morgan was a kid growing up.
You also obviously didn't watch this episode because when Morgan and Rossi talked, he told Morgan he WAS PLAYING the suspect when he said he urinated on the guy and you didn't see Rossi's face at the end when he walked down the corridor to the restroom. He was and is remorseful for what he had done. Like the reviewer said, this episode added another layer of depth to Rossi's character.
When is Mozzie NOT trying to get Neal to leave New York? He's done that multiple times over the series. I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen again before this season is out.
I do think Hagan's end game IS framing Neal and getting him back in jail. But I think Neal will be one step ahead--which is why he now has involved Rebecca.
Peter went to the office where Neal and Mozzie met Rebecca and found the FBI pen. Will he figure out what Neal is up to?
This season started out strong but now it seems stalled to me.
I am glad this arc came to an end. I was getting worried toward the end that they were going to carry this on into next season.
I'm thinking Calder will turn on Annie now that this is all over. I may be wrong. Could it be that he was working for Henry the whole time?
Next season will start out with where they all go from this ...............
Peggy had no other choice than to fake a miscarriage or either tell the truth, which she wouldn't do because she knew she'd lose Teddy for good.
I'm sure Rayna is still going to get her own label off the ground. I'm still wondering why they've left us hanging about her father being in jail.
I also think Gunnar and Scarlett should have sang that song. These two are just better together......
I think Juliette and Avery will be FRIENDS. Avery is more interested in Scarlett.
Well, now to wait 2 weeks for the next episode..........
This wasn't one of their better episodes in my view and yes, indeed, this season is different from last. Racism is a hot button issue that isn't going away and is still alive and well today no matter if anybody believes it or wants to address it.
How long is it going to take for the team of behavioral profilers to figure out that JJ and Cruz know one another? How long before we know what case they worked together?
I don't believe anyone who has commented has said every episode has to be "full of walkers, blood and brains flying" ...........I made my point........I just said they could have been showing us all along what The Governor was up to and not wasted a whole show on it with so much going on with Rick's group..........I'm still waiting on Daryl to find out about Carol..............................
I forgot to comment earlier on Nucky's last line last night to Sally on the phone.........."I want out" .............what exactly is he planning? I do have to say I think he has figured out Eli is up to something and is starting to figure out it has something to do with Knox.
I, too, have been dismayed by the lack of Margaret this season..........
I just hate that we have to wait a year for another season..................
Anytime Chris...........Hope you keep writing...............
