    Very strange couple and a troubled history (particularly the attempted rape of Jenny and the end of season 3). Their banter is entertaining but they are not believable as a true bromance.

    I'm also an insider and can verify Alex's words... okay, I am lying but the writers said they are planning a cliffhanger for the season finale but haven't completed all the scripts yet. It does go with what Alex is saying - true or not.

    And by the way, when I read comments on other sites, very few people talk about Dan and Serena... especially if they aren't Chair fans. Chair makes sense since it's been there for years and looks to be currently getting threatened. Dair is next and that makes sense because it's new and something different. Not everyone was a Chair fan before Season 4 (I never was) so not everyone honestly cares to see them get together. More than anything, their storyline brought down the show with its repetitiveness and unnecessary high drama. Trading someone for a hotel? Really. And the angry fans will make the most noise so it makes sense Chair fans will be crying foul now. It doesn't mean they represent majority of the viewers.
