I have no words......haha this episode will be good. Did anyone realize that the car accident victim that was shot too...I bet that Mr. Clark shot him too! It only makes sense that April chnged scrubs bc hers got messed up after she arsonist took fire to mer's house.. I also think that the chief not derrick will be shot..hmmm soooo many theories... I wonder how this will unravel usually shonda writes her first episode to correspond to her last episode of the season....sooo besides George's funeral what else went on?
I agree w/ Nina; although there is going to be a car pile up a hostage situation makes sense. the hospital is everyones sanctuary take that away nothing else is.... The doctors would have to make life changing decision whatever they maybe..i think this is where the Lexie-mark-alex and teddy-owen-christina situation works in they have to choose. I also think that April is the arsonist, she sets fire to Mer's house while she's in it, but she gets out in time but since the hostage situation is going on she can't get to derek. Didn't shonda say something about the house derek and mer were going to build in season 4 is coming up again..hmmmmm makes me wonder....
ummmm do you guys think that maybe the cardio god and Mark will get together? I'm thinking maybe??? I don't know how it will play out but it might happen
Loookie what I found-
Looks like that new girl is definately McSteamy's long lost daughter!
Question: I love Grey’s Anatomy but what’s this I hear about trouble on the horizon for Mark and Lexie? Who is this mystery woman from Mark’s past? —Sophie
Ausiello: I believe she hails from Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles and has McSteamy DNA coursing through her veins.
I do get her take on the episodes, but i am still at loss for words on these two first episodes....don't you think they should've given us some flashbacks of george's greatest moments as they said goodbye to him or something?. I feel like they're is no closure. I am very confused on this episode...honestly when was was christina all about sex...she went without it for a while after burke, now she's sex drived?! hmmm I guess i'm missing something. anyone agree??
In all honesty, the episodes were alright. They did not live up to my expectations. I really was thinking I was going to cry through these episodes, but i didn't not a drop, they're were some moving moments but in all I think they could've done better.
i'm sure her comments were misconstrued to let us believe that she was complaining yet again. I hope this is just what the media wants us to believe. But She must remember that without greys nobody would know her name does anyone give her a second thought when she was on that wb show?
T.R. was recently interviewed about his departure and, frankly, his decision was based purely on the bad blood he has been harboring for series creator Shonda Rimes.
Knight admits that problems originally arose during the "Isaish" incident.
T.R. remembers the incident as "frustrating," more so since it took Shonda three months to publicly condemn Isaiah Washington for his use of an anti-gay slur. Then, there was even more turmoil between the two as T.R. suggests Shonda wanted him to keep his sexuality hidden, despite his feelings that coming out of the closet would help the "Isaiah" situation.
But the boiling point for Knight was his lack of screen time and lack of connection with his character during the last few seasons. He resented and loss respect for his character and the people behind it: “My five-year experience proved to me that I could not trust any answer that was given [about his character, George]…It didn’t seem like an ebb to me. No other series regular’s character had ever disappeared like mine did this past season.”
And if you are hoping T.R. will return to the series in flashbacks or something - don't, because it ain't gonna happen. He flat out refused them and their big check to pursue other projects: “There just comes a time when it’s so clear that moving on is the best decision.”
Its official- soo sad. George was an awesome character. I know we hoped it wasn't true, but in the end George made his final exit as exceptionally sweet heroic man who saved that lady. I wished just like most of you guys that he would make it through or at least we could have said his goodbyes to his friends and we were able to witness it. Honestly, did we really want to see that sappy side? I didn't,it was already hard to see him unrecognizeable but to see him hurting again, too much. We saw his character grow from that first "007" to his final "007."
T.R. Knight has released the official word that he is leaving the series that made him mildly famous, Grey's Anatomy.
He says: "Leaving Grey's Anatomy was not an easy decision for me to make. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to play this character and will miss my fellow cast and crew very much. I continue to wish them the very best, and wholeheartedly thank all of the fans who have supported me and the show with such passion and enthusiasm."
Not to be outdone, creator Shonda Rhimes followed suit and released her own statement regarding Knight's departure.
She adds, "I think I speak for the entire Grey’s Anatomy family when I say we wish T.R. Knight the best in his future endeavors. He is an incredibly talented actor and a person whose strength of character is admired by all of us.”
i am glad that izzies character is coming back, I really hope we don't have repetition this next season with her illness, and I really hope that we don't haver her go all the way into remission only to have her cancer come back and the same repeated mess again.
Honestly it would be unrealistic to have them both live after both flat lining. No body wanted to see it but I said right after the finale that George was off the elevator and Izzie was on. If you remember back to the first episode of the season Izzie has a flash back of being on the elevator and the door opens its denny. So on the other side of the elevator is death. It sucks but what a way to play it out in a cruel twisty way. I guess it wouldn't be greys if they didn't do that. No matter which way george would of left either it be to the army or leaving as unbelivable heroic character that always put everyone before himself. I'm saddened that his character was hurt so badly, but if george had to leave the show I think he made grand mark exiting his character.
HOLY CRAP.... I JUST READ ON E NEWS THAT IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED GEORGE OMALLEY IS NOT REPRISING HIS ROLE ON GREYS ANATOMY! THIS CONFIRMS MY EARLIER THEORY ABOUT THE ELVATOR. HE'S OFF AND IZZIE IS ON AN IN THE BACKGROUND YOU CAN HEAR THE CHIEF CALLING OUT TO HER. WHERE I THINK SHE SAYS GOODBYE TO GEORGE AND CLOSES THE ELVATOR DOOR IT SUCKS, BUT I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN
Ok so I'm thinking of alot of options, i'm going to throw this one out. I think that Izzie will die but maybe George will be saved because why would they introduce a new possible love interest maybe it will be about him going through rehab in a bid to show off his acting abilities? I think Izzie will die so the burden isn't on Derek or the oncologist she died from a side effect of the cancer so its nobody's fault it would be a little unrealistic if she came back from such a severe form of cancer. Besides if she is saved eventually she will die or leave the show because we all know Katherine Heigel's intention to leave and if they make her die again in season 6 it will be repetitive.
I'm sure some of you have already put this together. If you remeber to the first episode of this season. Izzie has dejavu or something and she is in the elevator again in her prom dress, the door opens and its Denny. We all know Denny is dead, she smiles and takes his hand walking off the elevator. They then walk off together toward the light. So therefore, Im thinking George has already passed on, he's on the otherside like Denny. Izzie will want to come with him, but she stops somehow, she knows that as much needs her she is needed somewhere else much more. It'll suck but this is how it makes sense to me.
R U kidding me?? Honestly I was soo pissed I almost kicked the t.v. That was not the cliff hanger I imagined, I knew it was going to be with Izzie, but not George, I thought George would safely exit his character to be an Army doctor, not totally pretty much KILL him off. I love that guy he was great with Izzie in their scene together. AND to not know what both of their fates are, I could deal with one but both..ooooh I was hysterical, Izzie got on the elevator just like in the first episode, but this time to see George in an Army uniform, breathtaking......I agree George will die and Izzie will survive because he was already off the elevator and she stayed on.
I don't know if anyone remembers but in the first episode, Izzie has some sort of flashback or dejavu where she is in her prom dress again and comes out of the elevator and tells denny, "See, I told you I would let u see my dress and he responds with, "you look better than a bride" then they walk through the hallway into the light. I see this coming into play for the cliffhanger with izzie, I think she gets that surgery, but won't wake up she'll have to make a choice leave with denny in her prom/wedding dress or wakeup to be with alex her husband. Then it comes to full circle. What do you guys think.
Absolutely beautiful. I knew it was coming, that dress fit izzie perfectly compared to Meredith. It wouldn't be right for Derek and Meredith to only have a one hour episode leading up to their marriage that we have waited 5 long seasons for. Definately a two hour long season finale will do them justice! Yes, I beleive it will happen next week, if you look on their marriage page the date has changed for their marriage day. I can't wait that episode is going to be great!
Gosh I hope not, I really like this couple and I love how they are developing. Something bad happening....hmmm my only thought would be Burke coming back and bringing back some much needed drama.
I totally agree, with the dream scenerio, I thnk Meredith will be dreaming about her wedding to Derek, and somehow it turns weird. Like the flower girl looking like or being her daughter or the the ring boy being their son she overreacts and wakes up. This rings in the pregnancy "union" for the season finale. I also think Izzie and Alex will get married pry on the 100th episode
I'm excited for this episode, this season has turned out to be amazing! I'm sure the wedding will happen, but some castrophe, might happen like on season 3, so they didn't get to finish theyr'e vows but they will eventually in the seasons end, and who knows, somebody will pry join them.
