i think Angela has the opposite power of the Hatian, he can take memories, and she can search for memories and then give it back, or put it into their mind,
When peter went to the future withought knowing it, she told him to remember, and then he remembered everything, even from about the time he was born, those memories he shouldn´t have, but she put it into his memory again.
I haven´t seen any episodes of the new season, it starts today, so if i am wrong and everyone already knows her power, then oops :)

I think its more than that. Shes also entered peoples minds when she dreams and in Season 2, Peter was using the same power when he zoned out and saw the Irish Girl taken away in the future, and Adam didn't believe he'd been gone until Peter showed him an evacuation notice that he'd mysteriously obtained from this future dream.
I think its more like astral travelling into the future or something similar.
