ok, so this last episode, peter was at the house with noah looking for the healer kid, Noah asked if peter got his powers of healing and peter said yes, then proceeded to vanish out of sight, so that says to me he can hold more than one power at a time, right??? Didn't anyone else catch that?

Only kidding. Yeah, there are some holes in my theory, but it would be a logical way for the writers to explain Peter's power change. But you're both right... but as a possible explanation for Arthur not taking Sylar's power too- Sylar was capable of being evil. Arthur was only recruiting people capable of being evil.

Ok. i was thinking about something and this popped out today.
remember when nathan (the real nathan) got shot by future peter at the end of season 2? Then future peter went to see him, and he suddenly healed (not altogether tho)??
If i remember that was one of the wtf's that the writer's never explained.
well, this theory is a little off the track, because you would have to believe that some parts of the future heroes scenes is still being used for the overall current heroes story, but....
peter just got a healing ability. if at some point he was able to recalled the powers he has used since his transfer empathy power started, then he would have the ability to heal nathan after he shot him.
this too would fit with the manner of future peter's death. some believe that the haitain was blocking his power in the allayway, and some believe he never had the power to regenerate, because of the scar and the fact that he died.
well, he hasnt had claire's power yet, so he wouldnt be able to recall it, if or when he is able to. thus killable.
it would tie up a few loose ends:P

also, because we know that the supposed future isn't gonna happen exactly the way it did for future peter, it could be changed by peter using claire's power at some point, and later being able to recall it.

So Peter, in the future, gets a scar, then learns to store powers, then gets healing powers. But if he went back to the past to kill Nathan, why would he heal him?

No, he did heal him. or it looked like it. remember at the start of S3. nathan is shot. future peter is revealed to be the shooter. he has a scar because, according to my theory, he hasnt held claire's power and cant recall it. so he cant regenerate the scar.
future peter then places present peter in another person's body (that power could be the power of the carnie who can move objects and make them disappear. he may be able to place objects inside objects), and takes the form of present peter (shapeshifting. like he took from sylar).
obviously, future peter has travelled back in time, and is also able to teleport (hiro's power. which he has had this season).
future peter then goes to see nathan at the hospital. nathan is all hooked up to machines. future peter then talks to nathan as he's unconscious. he places his hand on nathan's chest/stomach and he revives (healing?). re revives enough to go to the church/chappel.
at the time, it was discussed on here that future peter must have a healing power. and then as the show progressed it moved to one of the many unexplained.
another thing is....in season 3 future claire was pissed with future peter. maybe this had something to do with the carnies?
may point to all of this is that some future scene aspects of previous seasons have developed into the show. maybe future peter from the beginning of season 3 is an accurate outcome for our present day peter. thus, he will regain the ability to hold more than one power.

Yeah, it makes sense... except Future Peter isn't going to heal someone he just tried to kill, and then aim a gun for him again in the chapel after Nathan has healed.
The rest of your theory is fine but unless Peter has no control over the healing power, he would never have done it.
