The circus

Yeah, moving things on a microscopic level is good for power development. and we don't even know how long Samuel has known about his power. He could have developed it from a young age. But yeah, Magneto eventually figured out how to manipulated magnetic energy to affect the flow of electrons in atoms and therefore move ANYONE. So if that wasn't complained about at the time, Samuel's micro-mineral power shouldn't be either.

I really want to see more characters that are in his circus come out...I wonder if Samuel has a whole bunch of Baddies ready to kick some ass other then just Edgar.

I think most of them just want an easy life. That seems to be the appeal that the carnival has. Samuel offers them a family.Posted 11/12/2009 12:25:12 PM #

I read somewhere that Mohinder's research was going to reveal a gravitational/magnetic force that increases when heroes are in close proximity. This could explain why Samuel is trying to gather so many people with powers, but not why he is choosing the heroes he does. I'm interested in seeing where this might go, as usual.

mohinder has been missed so far. we need a scientific element back in the show. HRG needs some motivation too. he's lost his i'm-on-a-mission personna

The magnetic force is a definite clue to the compass. But the compass spins rapidly when held by someone with powers. Presumably having multiple people near it with powers should help control it, but then theres the small question of what it will point to when it is controlled.

Raven hill ....why dont you start another forum talking about that magnetic force and where people can find it...lets leave this one for the circus stuff....easier for people to follow with seperate threads.

I'm pretty sure the circus ties in with it, what with the compass and everything.

Here's a question about the carnival: When Sylar finally gains control of his body once again, will he have memories of his brief stint with Sullivan Bros.? Samuel encountered Sylar when he was vulnerable, and I can't help but think, based on what we know of Samuel, that that wasn't an accident. But wouldn't a fully-powerful Sylar just salviate at the buffet table a carnival such as this would be? Which brings me to my point/hope: wouldn't a Sylar/Samuel battle to end the season, or at least the half-season, be epic? That has the potential to be very awesome, in my humble opinion.

He might remember KAl15 of his time spent with the Carnival because even though at times he felt he was Nathan; he would act like a person who just has Amnesia. Now I dont know with Amnesia if there are cases where people still retain the memories that they have being with amnesia and then after their true memories come back. If Sylar does come out now and he does still have his memories then he definitely will return to the carnival and get his power buffet. What I am curious about is Samuel and him even considering Sylar to join. Doesnt he know how powerful Sylar is and what he can do to him and the whole Carny family. That is unless Samuel knows that he himself is very powerful and can stop Sylar. Right now those that can even put a fight up against Sylar is Definitely Hiro, possibly Samuel, and HOPEFULLY Peter.
