Like his hair this way, actually. It makes Chuck look more mature this season, which I think is where his character's heading. He's learning life ain't all about money and sex. Last season was about fun and games (which was reflected in his hair and clothes), this one's about dealing with life and what it throws his way, which is why he's dressing more often than not in a sober style and sporting this new 'do.
