It looks like this is something S and B didn't plan on doing. I notice that S's dress somewhat hobbles her; going down the steps without a handrail looks rather tricky.

i agree that dress looks like a blue bed sheet/toga.Also it looks like serena and blair are dressed for seperate occasions...this picture doesnt make sense to me.
