I personally love her hair, although i agree it does make her look more bad. But she does like it, she says in an interview how she always wanted to do it but couldn't for the show.

I mean... it serves its purpose. Definitely hipster. I hate it and I'd never rock it, but I'm more Blair Waldorf than Jenny Humphrey. I wonder if she even likes it, because you know she doesn't have a say either way.
