I love gossip girl, but I find it so disheartening reading some people comments some times:
Why is it that when any member of the female cast wears anything revealing or poses for a sexy shoot they are referred to as Sluts or Whores! That is possibly the lowest insult you can give to a woman, and from fellow females makes it even worse. Grow up.
Leighton looks fabulous. For those of you who didn't know GQ is a mens magazine...... Ehhhh she's meant to look sexy and revealing - thats the whole point!!!!!!
Im not just reffering to the Leighton comments but also the other female cast members too, such as Taylor momsen in particular.

The only one that looks a little slutty is the spread eagle one, and even then, she still looks gorgeous. I can honestly say that as a straight girl, she'd be one of the only women I'd go lesbian for. She's absolutely stunning!

I'm having a hard time trying to think of a single celebrity that hasn't done a sexy photo shoot.. if they are of age to. What's wrong with showing off what you got? No one bats an eye if it's Angelina Jolie or someone of that status, but if it's a girl from a sitcom show, everyone freaks out.
Here's a headsup;
Leighton is NOT Blair. They're two completely different personas and that's what makes her such a good actress. These pictures are really no different than what you would find in a Victoria's Secret magazine, and many actresses these days need to have a good sex appeal.. otherwise they wouldn't land some good roles.
Stop being so fucking dramatic. This girl is 21 or older, and you are not her mother.

The only picture that verges on slutty, to me, is the spread-eagled one. That is a bit too much, but otherwise I think she looks beautiful. It's not like it's Playboy, here. It's supposed to be sexy and not fully classy. But what I'm saying is can't we see more of this side on the show? Hah.

Why is it that her hair never looks quite right? She's a pretty girl, but her hair only looks gorgeous at like award shows- but at photo shoots, not so much.
The spread-eagle picture is embarrassing. The only picture I really like is the mirror one. Otherwise, she does look like she is trying too hard.
Now, I'm not saying she should stand there smiling, but sexy doesn't have to mean over-the-top. She really has a lot of sex appeal, but these pictures almost make me cringe.
