The reason why her nose looks different in the first picture is because she is smiling more, and when you smile your nose flares more. x

ha wow reading all these comments is ridiculous. you're all so critical get over yourselves she was beautiful then, she's beautiful now, i doubt she had a nose job because her nose looks exactly the same, go look at her other pictures its the same. and she doesn't need any plastic surgery she's beautiful as she is so stop being overly critical.
