As always, Louis has realized too late that he let his emotions get the better of him to the detriment of the firm. Now that Jack Soloff and Daniel Hardman are gunning for Jessica, will Louis be able to pull out a last minute solution to save her? Or will his petty rivalry with Harvey end up costing her her seat as managing partner?
After having a sit down with his reformed former best friend, Trevor, Mike seems to be having doubts about whether or not he can keep his secret up indefinitely. Plus, his impeding nuptials can't be making this decision any easier. Could we finally be seeing the end of Mike's career as a laywer?
Mike and Rachel have had it pretty great so far this year, with their only major bump hitting them towards the end of the summer run. But it's a pretty sizable bump, seeing as how Mike's secret could be revealed at any moment. Even by Mike himself! Will he choose to end his engagement to Rachel to protect her, or quit his job altogether to protect their future?
Rachel and her mother have a lot to celebrate with the upcoming nuptials, but a happy future isn't the only thing on Rachel's mind. As her mother helps plan her dream wedding, Rachel worries that the event might have the unforeseen consequence of outing Mike's secret. You can't exactly invite your law school buddies when you don't have any!
As we approach the mid-season finale, you have to start wondering if we're going to be left on a serious cliffhanger as far as Hardman's war with Jessica goes. The last time he tried to pull this trick, Jessica was nearly removed as managing partner. Let's hope she fairs better her second time around!
Jessica looks absolutely radiant in that dress, expect for the troubled frown on her face. Her smile from earlier appears to be completely gone, but can we take that as a sign that Hardman has outfoxed her? It's a hard feat to pull off, but Hardman always did have a way of pulling the wool over Jessica's eyes.
If Harvey and Mike can manage to find out who is helping Hardman take a swing at Pearson Specter Litt, then they'll have a shot at shutting the whole thing down. But who could this mysterious backer be? Travis Tanner? Robert Zane? Edward Darby? Or maybe a totally new player, with a new bone to pick?
To make up for his dirty, rotten trick on Harvey last week, Louis is back on Team Jessica, which means going head to head with Hardman. His mission this week will be finding out what Jack's Achilles heel is. Hopefully, he'll be able to find out how Harmdan is blackmailing Jack in the process.
All we can think of when we see these two in a room together is the slap heard 'round the world. Hardman's little evidence tampering trick got Donna fired once upon a time, and we doubt she's been able to forgive and forget in his absence. Careful, Hardman. You might be in for another slap if you don't keep your distance.
Harvey doesn't have much to be happy about these days. Donna is still gone, Louis betrayed his trust, the partners might vote to suspend him, and his old nemesis, Daniel Hardman, is back to cause trouble. We'd be frowning too if we had a week like Harvey just had.
There sure is a lot of pressure weighing on Mike's mind right now, isn't there? First, his secret seems to be on the verge of coming out ever week these days. On top of that, Claire has got him doubting whether or not marrying Rachel is the best thing for her, and now Hardman's latest attack? That's a lot for one man to handle.
Now that Hardman has publicly declared war on Pearson Specter Litt, Mike and Harvey have decided to team up to find out who is backing Hardman in this hostile take over. After all, you don't go to war with three of the most powerful attorneys in New York City without a major player on your team!
