Well, it's way too over the top for me, and I would never wear that much eye liner, and I really don't like her new style, BUT people shouldn't criticize her so much. She is only, what 16 or 17? and she can make fashion mistakes, etc... so give her a break.

It's the tights and the leathery texture of the dress that gets me. Otherwise, this isn't the worse she's come up with. I even like her hair in this.

too much. but shes my age so i get it, shes just running thru the phases to find herself and her style, it's harder for her though cause shes in the public eye, you guy's shouldn't be so harsh...
