Bode: Honey, you waited up.
Freddy: Normally, I'd find that hellah charming. But listen, Bode, are you really going to let that wedding happen tomorrow? Gabriela still loves you. it's so obvious dude.
Bode: Diego's the guy you marry. I'm the guy who kisses her on the job while she's engaged to someone else.
Freddy: You kissed? Dude, you are so much deeper in this thing than you let on.
Bode: She's getting married tomorrow.
Freddy: You need to go to that wedding.
Bode: So I can stop it? I'm supposed to be staying out of trouble.
Freddy. The first 72 are up. You stayed out of trouble. Now you need to start some. In the name of your whole life's happiness. Go get your girl Bode.

Luke: Hey Bode. Breaking up the wedding? Cause I'll get the car. I'm with you man. I'm your guy.
Bode: No. I do need your help. But it's not ruining Gabriela's wedding. I need to fight fire. Fast. Out here. Out here as a free man.
Luke: I know Bode. But with all the red tape.
Bode: Pull some strings. Hey, pull a rope. I don't care, man. Firefighting is my first healthy addiction I've had in my life. I'm ready to claim my legacy as a Leone. As a firefighter.

Freddy: It's called Goat's Grilled Cheese Truck, and LA loves it.
Bode: You really did it, Freddy.
Freddy: Yeah. What are you going to do? Hmm?
Bode: I know what I want. I can't have it.
Freddy: Eve told me about Gabriela getting married in a couple of days.
Bode: I was talking about firefighting. It saved my life. Now that I might never get to do it again, it's, it's killing me.
Freddy: So? Do something about it.
Bode: There's Union pushback on former inmates joining CalFire.
Freddy: Since when do you let anything or anyone get in the way of what you want?
Bode: I, I need something now. That guy Rick said that he'd get me a job repairing a hospital.
Freddy: No. No. You're out less than 24 hours and already the Ricks of the world come knocking. You're lucky I'm here.

Eve: You're going to need these.
Bode: Couldn't have done it without you, Captain.
Dispatch: Vegetation fire. Three Rock.
Eve: What, you a little jealous?
Bode: A little bit.
Eve: Your ride's here.

Eve: Some guy from LMU heard there's contraband beer floating around.
Jake: Well, we could always get one.
Eve: Mmm hmm.
Bode: What, just pass one beer around, like ...
Everyone: Stacey Jenson's sweet 16 party.
Eve: Yo, that was the night I found my people.
Jake: Aww, that was beautiful.
Eve: Okay, I'm trying to be serious. Listen, Riley and you guys, I just, I don't know. Y'all liked me for me.
Jake: And we still do.
Bode: Mm. Mostly.
Eve: Even funnier, now that I finally found my footing at Three Rock, just in time for them to close it.
Bode: We got right now. And that's it.
Eve: To the bubble.

Bode: Mom's worried about you.
Vince: Well, she wouldn't be Mom if she didn't.
Bode: You good?
Vince: Yeah. Why?
Bode: Well, we're here as a family. Fighting a fire together. I thought you'd be a little happier. But something's bothering you.
Vince: Well, if anything's bothering me, it's that we should've been doing this for years now. Lost a lot of time with you.
Bode: Now's our chance to get some back.
Vince: Then what? You get done knocking down this fire. They close Three Rock. Send you away.
Bode: It's only a year, Dad.
Vince: Who knows where I'll be in a year?
Bode: What does that mean?
Vince: It means there's no guaranteed tomorrow. For anybody. Especially on this job.

Vince: I just got the most surreal phone call from CDCR. Reese, remember the division chief up at Lazarus, apparently he was so impressed with you fishing me out of that fire that he submitted you for an extraordinary conduct credit.
Eve: Wait. Does he qualify?
Bode: When, when do I find out?
Vince: That's what I just found out. You got the credit. And they're taking twelve months off your sentence.
Sharon: But he only had 11 months left. What does that mean?
Vince: That means there's some paperwork and stuff. But, uh, you're free.
Sharon: Oh my God.
Vince: You're coming home.

Gabriela: Your mom was right. It's a bubble out here. Being in the now. Where we are. I like that.
Bode: No future, no consequences.

Eve: Alright. Let's restock supplies, head back to Three Rock, and grab three to four months of sleep.
Bode: Back to Three Rock. I like the way that sounds.

Roberta: You still love her.
Bode: All I want for Gabriela is happiness. Even if that means keeping my distance and my mouth shut. Maybe you should consider doing the same.
Roberta: I can see why she likes you so much.
Bode: Liked. It's over.
Roberta: You know, I thought Gabbi and I were done too. When one day, I received a phone call. So. Nothing's over 'til it's over.

Bode: Nothing's over til it's over. Governor, I'm not a hero. I'm in orange for a reason. Without Three Rock, I'd still just be drifting through life. But with Three Rock, I've been given a chance to live it.
Cole: My boy's a poet.
Bode: When I first got sent to Three Rock, it was the last place I wanted to be. Now, I can't imagine being anywhere else. Three Rock, it's given us a purpose. It's given us a chance to be a part of something. To be firefighters.
Inmate firefighters: That's right.
Bode: We need Three Rock. And you need us.
Vince: Bode's right. A stop order tonight would allow all these men to leave right now. You'd be sending valuable resources. Pretty strong call to make.
Governor: Get me corrections on the phone. Right now.

Bode: When you called me, you told me that she was my daughter.
Jake: I know. And I messed up.
Bode: It saved my life. She's the reason I was working so hard.
Jake: Look, I know you might think that, but before that, your reason was Gabriela. Before that, it was your folks. Man, you went back to prison for Freddy. I don't know, but you keep putting your reason for living on other people. And I don't know if it's because you don't want to look at yourself but you have to count on yourself.
Bode: That's easy for you to say. Out there.
Jake: No. It isn't. 'Cause in case you forgot, I was counting on a future with Cara. But things change in an instant.
Bode: Yeah.
