Danny: You're telling me you killed this guy?
Darryl: Consider it a public service homicide.
Danny: Survelliance video shows you arriving 20 minutes after James Fox was already dead.
Darryl: Your timeline's messed up.
Danny: Your story's messed up. What's really going on?
Frank: I mean nerve isn't a strong enough word for it.

Frank: I'm not gonna say balls, and neither are you.
Abigail: We both just did.
I get that the system is messed up right now, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna stop trying to do the right thing.

Danny: He was protecting his daughter!
Erin: Then he should have gotten her a lawyer. We do not accept false confessions in this office. And you two are damn lucky that I don't bring you up on charges for falsifying a report.
Chase: Some days I feel like quitting. Ever feel like that?
Frank:Yeah.
Chase: So why don't you?
Frank: Over time, this job has become my definition. So if I ever quit or you fired me, I don't know who I'd be.
