- A man is stuck in traffic trying to take a woman in labor and bleeding to the hospital when someone jumps out of a car further down with a gun and comes after them.
- The man drives into a market to get away and causes a distraction so that the man goes away, and he leaves the pregnant woman to get help.
- Keith confronts his parents about making him take a DNA test because of Sydney.
- the cops pull up the bones from a body with Sydney and her friend watching on.
- Keith is upset about the DNA tests and Sydney doubting him and reminds them that his kidnapper is still out there.
- They talk to Miguel's brother Shane who says he works with foster care. Shane also runs global initiatives to provide social services and so on.
- They get a hit on where Miguel could be, and Nikki and Kemi find him at the train station. He says no one can help and jumps on the tracks. Nikki tries to rescue him, but he won't budge, and the train runs him down.
- Nikki wants to close the case but Kemi tells her about the mission woman Shane who was missing woman of two years and the one Miguel was having a baby with.
- Kemi thought she saw someone who is dead at the station who she knew.
- Nikki informs Salgado that his brother took his own life.
- Salgado calls the man who was chasing Miguel to tell him the news. It sounds like it was a plan, and the man is now looking for Shane.
- they figure out that someone logged into Miguel's account (his brother) and placed a month old in the system up for adoption and after digging realize that there's a black market baby selling thing going through the foster care system Miguel was part of.
- Kemi gets an alert about the mysterious man from the train station from her past
- C gets the body from the lake.
- Keith leaves school to go somewhere, and Sydney and Quinn follow him. Keith is getting a gun from his best friend's home and it freaks out the girls.
- Kemi has C run image footage of the guy she saw and tells him he's possibly the primary suspect in a case from 18 years ago.
- they realize that Shane isn't the only missing woman, they get hits for other women who went missing two years ago but had babies, so they're being kidnapped and then forced to have children for the baby market.
- The new person Saldago met gets sent to a place and is likely the next victim.
- the bad guy tries to kill Shane at the hospital but runs away when Mike and Jason get there. He takes a man hostage, and Mike tries to negotiate with him when Jason comes up and kills him.
- Mike is upset about Jason making impulsive decisions after their conversation about it. He tries to talk to Nikki who instead focuses on him surrendering his weapon during the hostage situation. Mike calls Nikki out on all her reckless behavior too and blows up at both of them and is stilil annoyed that they haven't talked about anything and he's still getting iced out of their lives.
- they realize that the missing women have a connection to Saldago.
- Saldago is angry that people like these women were responsible for destroying his tribe and family. It's a revenge thing since these women are heirs of corporate companies like that which destroyed the land.
- C gives Kemi intel, and her suspicions are confirmed.
- They figure out where Saldago is keeping the women and bust in to save them. A woman is having a baby and Saldago flees.
- Nikki rescues the women while Saldago holds Jason hostage.
- Mike talks Saldago down.
- Sydney tells her parents that Keith has a gun and she's not going home.
- Kemi talks to her father and says the man who kidnapped her is alive. Her father wants her to drop it.
- They find Keith sleeping in the basement because it feels familiar and he tells them that he got the gun from his friend. It's a pellet gun, and he thought he could use it to scare the people who took him.
- Sydney is with the bones, and C tells her that they belong to he between 10 and 14. She talks to them and thinks they're her brother.
