During a visit to one of his clients, Jimmy learns that she has no money. This prompts him to ask where it's going. Having just seen her will, things don't add up. He begins looking into the charges for which she's billed each month and suspects the assisted living facility where she lives of stealing from its residents by overcharging them for basic necessities, such as toilet paper and Kleenex.

Jimmy sets up shop at Chuck's house and Chuck ends up helping Jimmy tremendously with the case. When Jimmy meets with the facility's attorneys, it's Chuck who demands $20 million from them in exchange for staying out of court. Jimmy realizes Chuck is most himself when he's immersed in work.

Mike helps Stacey out with babysitting when Stacey's regular childcare falls through. He enjoys spending time with Kaylee and Stacey confides in him that they're in a tough financial situation.
