Baez calls Anthony Drake in to explain the restraining order that his wife has brought against him. He freaks out and takes Baez hostage in an interrogation room. Danny attempts to keep SWAT from going in to kill him. Anthony demands to see his 12-year-old daughter but his ex-wife refuses to bring her. Erin talks her into brining Penelope to the station.

Baez tries to take the gun away from Anthony. Danny storms in. Anthony holds the gun on him until he hears his daughter’s voice. Anthony is arrested and agrees to get help. 

Eddie raises money from fellow officers to pay for Reginald Jackson’s funeral. He was killed by gang violence. No one in the neighborhood will come forward to help and his wife can’t afford a funeral. When Eddie raises over $2,000, the neighbors feel guilty and finally begin to come forward.

Garrett’s adult stepson is arrested for buying oxycodone. He asks Frank to have the charges dropped so he can get him back into rehab. Frank learns that Garrett has had charges dropped several times before and refuses to do it. The two are at a standoff but eventually come to terms with their different parenting styles.
