Blue Bloods Season 12 Episode 9 revolves around the way time changes people.

When Jamie comes home early to get Eddie's wallet, he finds Henry asleep... and a fire in the kitchen. Henry insists Jamie keep it to himself. A concerned Jamie cleans the chimney without being asked, which irritates Henry further. Jamie finally tells Eddie what's going on and she suggests he make Henry feel needed, but even that doesn't seem to work very well.

Meanwhile, Eddie learns that her newest partner is pregnant after a shooting, and the woman doesn't want anyone else to know because she wants to make detective. When Cora's detective interview is cancelled, she assumes that Eddie told on her and doesn't want anything to do with her.

Finally, after a cyberattack makes it impossible for Danny and Baez to run a suspect's ID, they learn that this guy attacks women and is wanted for six assaults in Philly. Danny vows to catch the creep, but the brutality gets to Baez and she's not sure that she wants to be involved with this case.
