Jamie attempts to help a young woman who has been beaten up by her ex-boyfriend. She's so terrified that when Danny goes to flag down a patrol car to take them back to the precinct, she bolts. Later Danny and Baez are called to the hospital for the same woman, Tina McDermott. She's been beaten again, this time much worse. Before Tina dies, she tells them her ex is targeting the cop who tried to help her. Danny finds Jamie's card in her pocket. They track down her ex via a fingerprint he left on Jamie's card. Later, a masked attacker throws a molotov cocktail at their patrolcar. Unfortunately, neither Jamie nor Eddie can identify the man in a lineup. When Eddie gets in the guys face, she becomes the next target and he snatches her off the street while she's off duty. Luckily she was on the phone with Jamie when it happened. Jamie, Danny, and Baez rush to try and save her. Elsewhere, Nicky doesn't get into Rutgers University because of something she tweeted and Henry stirs up a social media storm when his nostalgia over the good ole days of policing goes viral.
