When Zorin Brasha bashes a delivery driver in the head with a crow bar after they fight over a parking space, he's arrested. But Brasha, an Albanian terrorist threatens the man and his family, even going so far as to threaten his niece who live states away. Danny tries to track down another eye witness. After getting off on the wrong foot with his new boss, Lt. Carver, Danny and Carver work together to get a Bodega owner to turn over his security video showing Brasha assaulting the man. When officers go to Brasha's home to arrest him, they find he's fled.

Erin goes toe to toe with Brasha's attorney, Tori who was her rival in law school. Tori covers for her client until Erin confronts her with the video of the attack. Then Tori finally turns over Brasha's new name on his passport. When Brasha is finally apprehended in Uruguay, he is extradicted to Serbia to stand trial for his crimes there. Frank isn't happy that New York won't have the chance to prosecute him but is happy that he'll be behind bars somewhere.
